Update-Issue has been resolved (Temporarily) . It turns out that Front part of my locking cylinder was broken which looks like While brand new looks like- The part was not available, so I just interchanged the locking cylinder with the passenger side door (Which was working). Will replace the lock when the part is in stock. Thanks for help.

Hello everyone. I have a Fabia HTP (MK2) and my model has key without remote control. Currently I am not able to lock/unlock the car from the locking cylinder of the driver's door. When I insert the key & turn it, the key rotates like normal but does not lock/unlock. I am only able to lock/unlock the car from the locking cylinder of the passenger's door. Please help me to find the solution.
