Just noticed today that my 11 plate fabia vrs DRLS have started to fog up.would i be right in thinking that the sealing has gone and dampness is getting in.if it gets any worse are they easy enough to replace ? ( all the bulbs still working ) thanks in advance for any advice

Maby try and bend the metal parts of the wipers a little so that there is more pressure on the screen

You got me thinking now.i dismissed the main dealer from the start thinking about the price should have gotten a quote at least.would imagine the high price is due to coding to the car.have been lucky with only one key for over a year now.a loyalty bonus from work covered some of the price 😀

Only spent £20 so not a great loss if they are not any better than the ones already in ( if I can get the old ones out )

So new headlight bulbs came today ( philips X treme vision) . watched the YouTube video/ checked the handbook looks easy enough to change.however can hardly get hand's into the gap and can't get enough purchase to turn the fitment .anyone got any tips/ tools I could use.would like to keep the skin on my knuckles 😀 thanks

That's got me thinking of changing the bulb's for the upcoming winter.are they easy to change or will I loose some skin on my knuckles?😀

Yeah I was lucky son in law works in a garage so only cost was for the new normal nutts 🙂

Recently had the same problem.if you take car to Kwik fit/ ATS etc they have a special tool they use i got rid of the other locking wheel nuts and changed for normal nutts to avoid same problem

I did they grill stickers a while back but never had the same patience as you to get them in the grooves so just went with the thicker ones 😀

Cracking info urbanpanzer when you mention steering wheel prep do you mean just the correct button's? And once the GPS antenna is connected where would the we black box thing go? Thanks

Sorry for being nosy what year is the car?. Could the strips be part of the black pack? you got the black headlights also noticed you not got laural reef at the side indicators ( not sure if that was an option) still looking good though that green / black combo 😀

Couldn't find any decent vrs caps so decided to paint the originals.also bit of a disaster damaged the locking wheel nut(the bit that goes on the bar) luckily son in law works in a garage and got the nuts off with a special tool so decided to get 4 standard nuts

Very easy to do. use a heat gun/hair dryer to heat the badge then feed some dental floss/fishing line behind the badge work it back and forth and slowly peel off .the heat will soften the sticky pad holding the badge

Yeah full caps it is then.im guessing wheel of and push cap through?

Good shout think I will change my wheel hubs to.will have to check if they are stickers or actual caps
