Thanks @JR RS. I see the OBDEleven online, including various versions, e.g. Pro. (it's crazy what you can do with it). My mechanic who has a certified workshop has worked on many vehicles (VW and Audi but not Skoda). He obviously has his own scan tools. I told him about the electronic service record and that there is no physical service book. Does the OBD allow updating of the service record or does the workshop have to have access to erWin?
