Hello all I've been wondering this for some time but is it safe to leave my dashcam in the cigarette lighter port? I did forget to unplug it the other day and had no issues, but just wondering if the system is any different for the hybrid version (I always have it charging overnight but of course that's the battery pack not the 12 v battery)?

some times I like to wait in my car whilst the missus goes shopping and I want to be warm but without losing much of my distance so charging and waiting and being warm is something I desire while I am waiting

Not sure but it only blows cold even if the car is not started unless I use the app then it blows whatever temperature I want as long as it’s from the app

Hello Does anyone know why my iV is not heating when I’m plugged in and waiting in my car UNLESS I use the app to turn the air con on?

I have no complaints either, I am 6'3 too, and I have a sportline too lol.

Do you know if it’s possible to have the whiskers/needles on with the drls on the crystal led headlights?

Is it worth remapping the iV? It estimates from 218 bhp > 245 bhp

Yeah... I pulled them out and put in LEDs, granted I think they have slightly less light output but I just cannot have it look like this, my brain will not let me lol

Thanks. I’ve had them for a while and I thought it would get better but it hasn’t that’s why I decided to post this. I didn’t buy OSRAMs though. Unbranded, the seller (I bought from them in person as well not off an eBay seller or something) said it comes from the same factory as OSRAM however true or false that may be lol.

Not sure how well it can be seen but I replaced the bulbs as they were getting pretty purple. After installing new xenons I noticed they looked a bit redish or a hint of purple or something either way, these are 4300k like stock, did I get a bad batch or what? Another odd thing is that I see the colour with this tinge of purply red colour but when I try to get my camera to see it, it shows up as yellow? Maybe I’m colour blind? Lol 😂

Damn 16 km? Was expecting over 20 km at least... Oh yeah, I had halogen headlights before and got xenon projectors and I will never get another car that doesn't have either xenon or something comparable like the newer crystal LED projectors. My 2007 has xenon projectors, so I will definitely not get one without at least xenon lol

I am considering the IV as an upgrade from my 2007 Octavia, just want to know what people think of their car 😀

hi, does anyone know if it's a straight swap? My pre fl came fitted with a 4 spoke MFSW and I want to upgrade it to the VRs 4 spoke MFSW, I am not too worried about maxidot controls, just want to know if it's a straight swap (no adapter looms) to control the radio (which is aftermarket and works with my current pre fl MFSW)

Plenty of websites do it for cheap and if it's the original radio the dealer should be able to. In my country it's free given the license plate. Idk about your country though.
