If you put 51mm 70 degree bend into ebay then pipewerx sell one that has the longest returns. Then use ASH hoses to get a 51mm 90 degree bend. Or a 57mm to 51mm reducing bend if you fit a race egr? Rob

I did the wife's altea pd105 and it made a big difference to how it drove. Especially with the 5 speed box. You didn't have to keep dropping it down to 4th. The fuel economy went up quite. A it too. I am guessing due to the fact you weren't always ringing its nuts off at 105bhp. Somewhere around 140bhp would be sensible. But it's the torque and how the car drives that matters.

I think you'd struggle with the 16's. You'd need new adapters to enable you to run 312's and even then I am not 100% sure.

The discs have a very small lip according to my friend Bill (mechanic) and the pads are around 30% worn. They are 330mm discs. They are mk4 fitment, I am not sure if this works with mk5, I would guess not. Rob
