I had one of these kits fitted at Shark Performance on Wednesday and cannot believe I didn't fit it sooner. Apart from the remap it is the best mod I have done. It is so confidence inspiring and has transformed the handling of the car as well as reducing the amount of wheel hop under hard acceleration. Sales pitch over. I will run this for another week as I am away for a few days and then see where we are next Sunday ready to take payments and place the order on the Monday. Thanks Rob

As much as I appreciate your input it would appear you have missed I am offering it for £160 posted rather than £169.48. Although point taken on dpm. They are getting a better rate than me once you take into account £16 eBay fees and 4% paypal fees. If we get 10 I will offer it for £159 offer the best price. Can't say better than that? Thanks Rob

Its not too hard, although I would use 3M dinoc rather than the cheapy stuff as you get less bubbles.

Contact shark performance and get the sts unit. You won't regret it!

Get an sts unit from shark and then you have a fault code reader as well. I did and I love it. You can then get stage 2 emailed over as well when you need it.

Hi. I see a few guys are listed as Kent. Anyone near to tonbridge? I have read the fault codes and cleared them with my shark sts unit and it is relating to the intake runner flap and suggests performing basic settings. Can anyone help with this before I have to give in and get a new motor from the dealer ? Thanks, Rob As usual beer tokens can be provided

I am really pleased with my shark remap as well. To be honest though whatever you do will be detectable. See sharks website for more info. Plus if you are doing it to avoid an insurance increase then you are a bit silly as it's not worth the risk.

I had a similar issue with my 2.0tfsi and it was the intercooler. It has failed where the plastic sides meet the aluminium core.
