my warrenty runs out this sept so i have used a sample reg number to get the prices from skoda website. its about 38£ monthly for 0 excess extended warrenty. i will check the all in 1 package. currently i am paying 19£ monthly for the service alone.

booked skoda vehicle inspection to sort this out. dont think its moisture related as its happening regardless of the weather.

this is regarding the extended warrenty that can be purchased just before the factory warrenty runs out. interested in getting this. wondering if there is any other service provided that people recommend over skoda's?

I have had situations where the boot lid would not close or open partially and get stuck. If I were to press the boot open button it just beeps and don’t move. Only way to close the lid is is to manually do it. but few days ago the boot would not shut at all what so ever. It rained that day and I presume it’s due to water ingress . Today the boot opens fine. Wondering if anyone has the same encounter.

The window doesn’t rattle when fully open, checked it this morning. Only rattles when partially open. thanks for clarifying this @CJJE!

ah it was partially opened. you have a point Chris! i will wiggle by hand see if the partially opened glass moves.

Hi Chris, it doent rattle when fully closed. only seems to rattle when fully/ partially open.

thanks for the reply @kodiaqsportline looks like i need to get the sunroof checked. could be that the rubber seals needs replacing.

Hello everyone ! Is it common for the sun roof glass to rattle even when the car driver on smallest of the bumps?

Tried mirabox wireless CarPlay adapter and I am quite happy with it. No lag and stutter during play back and navigation.

It’s not an oil leak. It’s the lubricant to cure the noisy boot struts. A month ago I took my car over to check on the drive side noisy boot strut, especially while closing. The mechanic oiled both the struts just in case. But I had the boot driver side strut replaced yesterday. It’s the passenger side strut grommet that has popped off.

The rubber grommet on one of the electric boot struts has come off the groove on my karoq . wondering if anybody had the same happening.

I could hear noise coming off both the booth struts of my karoq sport line especially while closing . Took it over for a checkup and had the struts lubricated, yet I still get that. I thought it’s down to cold but I still get the nose even in this weather. Just wondering if it’s only me or any one experienced the same issue.

yes battery would be good. out of the 2 (vehicle status and health report) only the data for vehicle status is being held after the app is disconnected from smartlink+. vehicle health report requires phone to be connected.

After updating, the app got stuck at the logo screen no matter how many times I tried to open it. The only way I could open is it navigate to App Store>search my Skoda > and click open.

With the latest update I can finally see the vehicle status and vehicle health report. As I do not have remote access in the package, I can only get to see fuel range and other stats under vehicle status. At least some useful data in mySkoda!
