  1. I might try that could be useful . The number is no longer active . Not sure if the I call button is restricted to Skoda numbers . I am trying go to find the correct skoda number . Support want me to go to the dealers and won’t give me the number . They also have told me to go to dealers re other issues which I have resolved with various fuse pulls and resets . In my experience when the dealer messes with the IT systems in the past it has caused weeks of return trips and hire cars before they sort it out as they don’t seem to understand their own coding .
  2. Having had the usual issues I get every year or so with my car going offline after app updates and the useless responses from skoda support . I have finally got it working again , I decided to investigate the none working info call button , the issue seems to be a wrong number in the telemetic module
  3. I thought it was worth it. only got to save you a speeding ticket on a smart motorway etc and paid for its self
  4. yes if you have the older camera you can code it yourself
  5. Around £650 in total but they also activated and coded pACC and a few other bits. Was a while ago
  6. My 2020 mk3fl superb lost all internet connection to the servers on Sunday, would not restore. Monday am was working fine except Skoda connect keeps putting itself in private mode green tick. In Settings Skoda connect is ticked but striped rather than solid . If I keep tapping the tick it eventually goes green and reconnects but when ignition turned off quite often reverts to private mode . I am wondering if it is an app or server issue any ideas. Globe goes grey shows the locked key , then she. Do above works a while and randomly goes back to private mode ( tick striped )
  7. Sorry see it’s the app. It can be temperamental . The original app has a new version try logging out deleting and reinstalling .
  8. mine is working ok . Is your car connected to the internet . Mine lost connection once had to log out of services on the MIB unit in settings ( internet connection ) hard reset and log back which restored my services .
  9. You need part.number 00005830b can get it for about £30 if you search it’s for the fec code . I want to add it to my superb but says is for Octavia and kodoic only . wondering if it will work for a superb MIB 2.5 Columbus any one any ideas
  10. i took the case to the ombudsman who after around 12 months ruled in my favour . Skoda UK said it was a software issue caused by a Third party i.e not them The dealer who refused to admit any fault but was ordered to replace the MIB control unit . I had no faith in them at that point . I took a cash settlement and had the unit reflashed by an independent vag technician who told me an update had been interrupted and not properly cleared before starting again hence duplicate licences . The guy who did mine is no longer around but east Yorkshire retrofits have since done some work for me and maybe able to help . My unit still shows an invalid licence but the updates now work . Never got the Media Command working again as Skoda don’t support it in the uk anymore so cannot get the app on y new phone or FEC restored without hacking the system and as it’s still under warranty didn’t want to do down that line . I found skoda uk and the dealer didn’t seem to understand their own tech and programming .
  11. hi yes it was only one with itis INRIX on the list and traveled from Cheshire to Southampton this am worked perfectly . Kept old code handy in case of european excursion .
  12. The code I have is 32771 Do I change that to 32782
