My car is a company car and as such it’s through a lease company. So I have no way of giving details to the chat as I don’t know how the car has been ordered. I asked the lease company to check and it’s not even being built until week 23! Absolute joke considering it was ordered the first week of Jan and I was told it would be with me by week ten. I think I’ve had enough and I’m probably going to cancel the order and try to find something else. oh and for anyone else wondering about order times the dealer has said anything ordered right now won’t be delivered until week 13 of 2022

I'm going to chase my dealer again tomorrow, I've been told delivery week 22 so I assume the car should have been built by now?

Mines going to arrive three months later than I thought lol May have to hassle the dealer a bit more :P

Is the dealer checking this for you?

Don't hold your breath, I ordered mine in the 1st week of Jan and was told It'd be a ten week delivery time. I've since been told it'll be week 22. Ordered in Northern Ireland though, so they make be taking a brexit huff and putting us down the list lol

I hope mine comes earlier than May/June. I need an automatic back in my life lol

Hopefully mine is bumped up as well. Knowing my luck it probably won't be lol.

:( damn. Well at least it'll be semi nice summer weather when it arrives lol

So My VRS was ordered in the first week of Jan and they are saying it may be end of May. start of June before it's delivered. Has anyone else been given this kind of delivery timescale? The car I've ordered has a fair few options on it.

Does DCC lower the car at all over standard suspension?

Personally I'd give it a few miles easy going then just drive normally. That's what I've done with engines I've built in the past.

I've just ordered an Octavia VRS Estate, so thought I'd join up for a look around. I've been into RS Fords since I could drive and have just parted ways with my Mondeo ST line Edition. Hoping the VRS will prove a worthy replacement! I have also owned a Sapphire Cosworth since 2007.
