I had this on my L&K, try pressing and hold the right hand turn wheel on the multifunction steering wheel. It reset it for me.

Hi all, Due to my eldest learning to drive, i am going to get rid of the old LR Freelander that i use for general duties which include towing of the trailer (and much to my own shame the caravan (although never on Fridays, Mondays or rush hour)). And i'm going to get a Citigo or similar for her to use. I have priced up getting a tow hook and electrics fitted to the vRS. I am absolutely certain that the car has more than enough ooomph to pull the caravan, and we all know the Octavia is a favorite tow car for a lot of people. My only concerns really are... How bloody ridiculous will a vRS look towing a manky van Are there any towing issues with the vRS that are commonplace? Oh its also the DSG gearbox, are there any concerns there, such as oil coolers etc.

Im now on my second Skoda (O3 VRS 245) however, I was wondering if the owner of my last Skoda is on here. FX18 *** Superb hatchback L&K in slate grey with dark brown leather interior, sunroof, sunshades and quite a few other extras, It was traded in at DMK Grimsby. Was an excellent car, although i did alot of miles in a short time (over 45k in 18 moths) it was an excellent and extremely comfortable place to be.

I had exactly the same issue on my 18 plate Superb L&K. However i did find that after a while it did figure out that i was driving on the left and stopped doing it, until i went on the ferry to Holland and it got confused . I did find my L&K very glitchy, it had the columbus with ACC, occasionally the MFSW would stop recognising inputs until i held down the right hand side turn wheel for 3 seconds. My O3 VRS has alot less issues

Morning all from a sunny north Lincolnshire. I'm new to this forum, but not new to forums :). I used to be deeply involved with Rovertech a few years ago, when i used to enjoy embarrassing chav boys in modded old man cars. These days i drive an unmodded Octavia III vRS 245 estate DSG jokingly called the Millenium Falcon.. I came across the site whilst looking to install a reversing camera to the MF. I like the open advice and honesty i see here, i know of a few forums which are more than a bit touchy and cliquey.

Hi, New to this forum (first post), but i was part of an old Rover owners and tuning forum years ago called Rovertech. (If anyone on here remembers it). I have a 2018 Octavia vRS 245 estate DSG. I came across the forum looking to retrofit a reversing camera, so far i like what i see and thanks in advance for any help given so far or in the future.
