That's more than I'd expect alright! 20%+ off a 5.8sec standard 0-60. I'd think a Golf R would get there starting 7kW higher and obv lighter but I'd love to be proved wrong and see a Superb hit them figures with just a stage 1 ECU and no other mods

Yeah it's quick alright, I'll prob Stage 1 tune it at some stage. Yeah fuel here is less the GBP£0.80 a litre it's great! Insurance us peanuts too so I treated myself. One last bit of fun before starting a family.... It does have a great boot and isofix anchor pts for baby seats though 🤔

Beauty! I've got a black saloon one 280 4X4 it makes sense in Aus but if I was back home in Ireland I'd be all over a diesel L & K Prob the only wagon I'd buy too!

Is your car lowered or modified suspension or do the 20's just fill the arches better? What tyre sizehave you got if you don't mind me asking? I'd stick with original pipes personally as opposed quad pipes! I looked at the maxton kit for my saloon Superb 206TSI (aka 280 I'm in Oz) but likely going to opt for the more subtle Rieger kit

Well wear with the new car, what did you end up getting? I'm from Ireland but living in Oz. Just bought a 4yo Superb 206TSI or 280 as I think they are called back home. Wouldn't be able to afford or insure it back home though!! You got a pic of your new bus?
