  1. On my wifes Scala we bought that option. It works perfectly. It is a very good integrated with the lane assist. If blind spot detect a car even if you put your signal to change lane the steering wheel will not allow you to move to the other lane. It could be annoying sometimes because I see that I have space to go to the other lane but for my wife which is unsure about the room that she have from the other car is perfect. This is really nice that they made them to work together. On of the best options that we bought.
  2. Usualy they have but it is still new and they told me that they do not have it right now. I can wait 3 years anyway because if I do it now this will mess up my warrany. But will do it for sure later. It is same price as ordering it from the factory with is cool because for example if you want to fit electric boot u need to spend 1500euro but from factory for 1000euro as package you get tow hitch, camera and electric boot.
  3. If I change the skin of VC of Scala is there late will be option to revers it in the Bolero? Or I have to do it again trought the obdeleven? And is there any way to find out if our car is protected agains any changes. It is model 2021. Thanks
  4. Yes, our car already have it factory fitted. I asked for Park Assist.
  5. Is it something like ”kickdown” on automatics? Maybe they do it same for manuals just cost cut to not need to do two types?
  6. Does OBDEleven will affect the warranty of the car? Can thay find out if I was used OBDEleven or another software? I ask as I would like to activate Sign Recognition on our Scala but I am scared to try it as I think they can find out and this maybe can affect the warranty.
  7. The car have option in the lights options of the car that you can change to left driving or right driving. So I think this will change the whole projectors for eu or uk standart.
  8. Hey, my wife have it on her scala and if you watch your road you don’t see them but if you focus on them they are visible. It’s a bit wierd when you driving during the night because all lights ( traffic lights, car’s breaking lights ) are a bit blured but you can use to it. i don’t know how it is gonna be during the winter but that was the main reason. I am sure its gonna be useful and will be better to have it than not. It was cheap option. There is automatic option on the climat contral so it can turn on/off itself when needed.
  9. Hey, what happened with the check at Skoda? Did they fix it if there was something wrong or it is normal for your scala? I am curious what happened.
  10. Sorry for my late reply but my wife driving the scala so I had no time to go and do it. Here are the measurments : Front: 16cm Rear: 15,5cm I measured them straight up but the photos are not straight.
  11. It was rainy yesterday and I rushed to do it but will measure the front as well today and will tell you. Will do photos as well. But this is big difference 1.5cm for exactly same car. I don’t know if the market region have something to do with this. I am not in UK.
  12. I mesured our scala (one week old and same 17inch wheels) and on rear from the upper edge of the alloy wheel (not from the tyre) to the arch i exactly 15,5cm. Hope this is helpful for you.
  13. This will be the dealer’s mistake. I an sure the factory will never do a mistake. If they do they would not deliver the car. Of course the dealer will always saying ”It is factory mistake, not ours”
  14. Hello everyone, I am thinking to fit the car with park assist and the reason for this is not to use the automatic parking but to have 4 extra sensors around the car. My big concern is if there will be pre marked position of the sensors. I looked on photos where exactly are positioned those sensors but I have no access to look if they are pre marked. I wrote to Kufatec and sent my VIN number to them and they confirmed that my car is suitable for this retrofit (I have front and rear sensors and blind spot sensors from the factory) but they said that they have no manual for this retorfit. Does anyone know where I can find diagram of the wiring and if there is pre marked positions? I look on other topics like Fabia and there is pre marked holes bur they are for rear sensors which is more common but could not fine anything about side sensors. If there is no pre marked sensors what I can do is to make find car with park assist and make template of the position of the holes but I am not sure if I can do the wiring without the diagram. I hope someone will be able to help me with this. Thank you! (and sorry for my english, its obvious that it is not my first language) Sorry for the double post but I forgot to attack a photo and can not edit my previous post.
  15. We ordered our Scala 5th of June and we have been told that the car will come end of October but after two weeks the dealer called us and said in the end of July we will have it. Our dealer said usually it takes up to 3 months but they saying its gonna take more just to be on the safe side to not be able to complain and claim later if you get it later than 3 months.
  16. I don´t know if this website is a good one or its some scam but maybe you would be able to fit front parking sensors https://www.kufatec.com/en/skoda/kamiq/kamiq-nw4/complete-set-park-pilot-front-rear-for-skoda-kamiq-42097 I ordered our car without electric tailgate and now I think to fit it but it cost 1500 euro and its a lot of money and 99% would skip this If its something against the forum rules, please delete my reply.
  17. Awesome! Thank you very much for all informations. We have placed our order so we waiting our amazing scala. So you want to say that little engine (for some ppl mixer) can be mapped for more hp? I don’t know what exactly is bhp but our engine is 110hp. It will be amazing if we can tune it up after the warranty without that being a problem for that engine. Once again thank you for ghe information you shared with me.
  18. I am thinking about Scala 2021 with 1.0 TSI 110-115hp. I dont know if it has GPF or not. Thank you! I will look and read them.
  19. Hey, thank you for your reply. I am not sure for witch one I red (MPI or TSI) I am just wondering if those small but pumped engines can last long enough to hit 100k miles for example. Want to know if someone had experiences with them and hit some big mileages like 40-50k+ miles. Are those TSI are some new generation that was upgraded to be more reliable? Thank you for any kind of information that would be shared here!
  20. Hey everyone, I would like to know more about that little 3 cylinder engine if there is any problems at all because I read about oil consumption. Is there anyone who have experience with those 3 cylinder engines if they last long? Is there someone who had car with that 3 cylinder engine for long enough so can give opinion on it? Thank you!
