Just forgot to mention that it is only one color - white, red or yellow. You can not change the colors. If you install white one it will glow only in white. Same with the other colors.

The scala have in the foot area, door pokets and handles, dashboard and on the central console where is the wireless charger. All is good except the one on the dashboard. It is not like on the new octavia or superb (like strip that glows in different colors) On the Scala is a mini-tiny leds that are hiden under a plastic on the dashboard and they just produce little light that reflects on the black dashboard. Imagen how much it reflects… While on octavia and superb it is glowing directly like a strip. I dont know if can be retrofited, i guess it can but its not worth it. Better to buy cheap ones from ebay with different colors.

You don’t need it, believe me. The light on the dashboard is se weak that it should be pitch black to be able to notice that there is ”ambient light”.

In Sweden all Kamiq come standart with front and rear dynamic turning signals. Scala comes only with rear dynamic turning signals.

There is so many problems that have no explanation and after time it get fixes by itself… Like our Scala had problem with the microfon. It was making so much noice that you are not allowed to speak with someone using the car bluetooth. After 2 month it get fixed by itself. Now it losses DAB signal very often and it is so annoying but I know it will get okay after few weeks. We have Bolero and I don’t think it get any updates.

Is it possible to activate the dynamic parking guidelines on Scala? I see they advertise it like it is possible but can’t find anywere information about this. Is there anyone who activated it or have it?

@Robjon, no, there is no data sticker anywhere in the car. What I did to make as much closer color as possible is to mix light gray epoxy primer and the skoda dark paint that I bought. It came almost the same color but when the sun hit it you can see there is difference. The only difference is that the original paint is like more beige. Have no clue why and how… Anyway, I spoke with Skoda and ask them how is that possible and they said that the car have been repainted or they made it with the wrong color but this is almost impossible. The car is from brand new in me so the first option is not the case, the second option sounds crazy to me, I don’t believe it could be possible. At the end…. I have absolutely no clue. I went to a place that mix paint and they used a machine to take the right color and still did not catch the right one… I am so confused how is that possible and read here in the forum about other people with Meteor/Steel Grey colors that have used same Touch Up Paint and are happy with the results. I still have no clue why and how to find the right paint. I send email to skoda.cz to ask them of there are different shades of this gray but I dont expect anything. Am I the only one who experienced this?

This is really confusing… How can I find the right color even if Skoda have no clue which color is which… I will speak tomorrow with them but I think it would be waste of time. It is really wierd why I don’t have any kind of sticker in the boot area to see what color is marked for my car.

Yes, I shaken it a lot before I use it. The coat underneath is yellowish. Is there any difference between LF7A and F7A?

I bought a touch up paint from Skoda for my car which is Steel Grey and they gave me paint with part number 3T0050300 F7A/M3M3 SEDA STEEL UNI I googled also and everywhere it shows it is the right color but when I put it on the car it is way too darker. They found the color for my car by VIN. I will go tomorrow again but dont know what they will say. I looked in the boot of the car for sticker with all information and color code but there is no sticker for some reason. I bought the car brand new so I am the first owner so no one removed it. Is someone find the right color code for the Steel Grey color? Edit: The car is Skoda Scala

Hello, I would like to buy a original Monte Carlo front and side skirts to fit them to my car. I am curious if there is a some kind of clips that are glued or weldet to the side of the car from the factory or they are just screwed to the bottom of the car. I looking to buy a second hand skirts from some scrap yard but I am not sure if is possible to be mounted to the car without drilling or welding something to the body of the car. My hopes are that there is a glued plastic clips on the car body that I can glue by myself but who knows... I uploaded a image of the kamiq side skirts and you can see there is some hole that have to go in some kind of clips on the car. I guess it is same with the Scala but I can not find photos if Scala¨s ones. Does some one know whats the case with fitting those skirts?

I have ordered glass screen protector from Aliexpress and I think it is a must. It gives a ''luxury'' look, much easier to clean it and will protect it from scraches. It does not make it less sensitive to touch.

We ordered our Scala in first week of May 2021 and our dealer said that the car will be delivered in the end of October. That is what was written in our order. In the middle of May I called my dealer to add some more extras to the order and he said that our car order was locked because they will produce it in middle of June and we can get the car by the end of July and we had it in the end of July and was amazing that they build our car so quickly. And you who will get your cars in 2022 will get the facelift. Who knows?

I did not read all but if you drive 1.0, revs will never to under 1000. On the traffic light when you stop (with D)and press break properly, the car will stay at 1100-1200 revs for around 2 seconds and then will drop to 1000 and disengage the clutch.

I can say that ACC is 0 to 210km witch means the car stop completely if there is traffic jam BUT the car will tell you to hold the brake. If you do not step on the stop pedal, the car will go forward by it self no matter if there is a car ahead or not (witch is absolutely crazy... They should have made it to turn it off instead of driving forward) The lane assist does not do the ping pong effect. It turns your steering wheel to fix you in the middle, not from left to right and again and again. It is good for wide roads. I see a lot of ppl in UK complain about it, but I lived in UK and I know the roads there are really narrow and this confuse the whole system. In Sweden it works like a dream, without issues.

I have a question about that DSG 7 Automatic. What type of 7 Speed Automatic DSG use Octavia 2018 1.4 G-Tec? Because I have seen a lot of taxis which have 400k-500k km on the dashboard and still running smoothly and without problems. Is it same DQ200 or it is a different DSG? Because if they can run 500k km with this gear box, it means it is very reliable and maybe the problems is coming from the ECU of the gear box (because of the emission reasons) and one nice tune maybe will fix the problem. So anyone knows what DSG use 2018 Octavia 1.4 G-Tec?

Looks so nice. Good job! I would love to change it but unfortunately in the country where I live no one selling grill like that. It would cost me more like 200euro to buy it. My only option is to wrap it with glossy black wrap. But like airhaddock said, I can’t find the courage to do it. The problem is that I would like to be one peace of wrap and I think it would be hard to manage it.

Yes, it still works. Its two different systems so they are made to work separate but it is great that they work even better combined together. If you can have blind spot assist - don’t skip it!
