thank you @JR RS, that picture without the DCC is what i have. I'll do the visual check as well. I know there's lots of good info on here to help decide on which shocks to get now.

On the subject of shocks - this may be a stupid question - but how do i tell if I need DCC or normal shocks. The modes i have are eco, drive & sport (no comfort mode setting). Or is there a way of visually checking? Last MOT the garage said there was some misting from one, so I'm thinking to replace them before the next MOT. thanks

i didn't have to have it connected. Go to "trips" and select a trip. on my screen it shows a map at the top of the screen with the score (circle with a percentage score in it), and a couple of boxes given the start and finish points. Under that there are boxes showing start and end mileage, avg speed and other things. at the bottom of the list (you may need to scroll a bit) is a box with a Plus in to and the word "add" Tap that & you'll see the parameters you can unlock and the number of points required to unlock them. the points are removed from your account, so i added as many as i could & knocked my status right back to the beginning

I'm using it - useful for tracking fuel usage and parking spaces as well. One question tho - it's reminding me to make a service appointment. I actually got the full Halfords service last month, does anyone know how i can record this in the app? The app seems to want to send out an appointment request to one of the dealers in the app. i just want to record the details of the service,

you can unlock additional information boxes on the trip summary cards. Push the plus button and it will show you available parameters to display. Adding oil temp "cost" 800 points and coolant temperature another 800 points. I haven't found anything else to do with them.

Thank you for the photos and instructions @johntdoyle. I had the same happen to my 2016 Superb, 1.6 DSG passenger handle, 3 days after collecting it. These instructions were worth the £10 freedom membership alone. Is the ground peg Magic Door Fixer™ for slotting into the small gap between the handle opening so you don't need to remove the housing completely by pulling the locking pin? The locking pin is plastic, and looks like this fix will be done a bit, so the plastic might wear.

Just got a new (well used - new to me) Superb and found this forum when looking for some information. Really knowledgeable boards and very helpful. This is my second Skoda - i had an Octavia 2006 for a few years as well, which was also great fun.
