Thanks for responding, it is a tricky, and no prep I suspect as fitted aftermarket. I will ask at service about the open shroud. Thanks

Engine overheating warning
Short answer for now is the 2.0 tdi and DAG auto. Approx 46k. Towbar is after market fit. Not sure if any prep was put in place, suspect not. Due in to dealer soon for service so will ask your questions then. Thanks

Superb auto estate 4x4 air bag spring assisters.
Thank you all for the responses. Lots of food for thought there. I'll recheck the noseweight for one, 100 was a ballpark and load is always over axle, so a check needed there. The car is due a dealer service in a cpl of months so will discuss the extra rear spring stiffness and maybe 10mm shorter fronts with them then.

Engine overheating warning
Hello would anybody have had the overheating experience I just had? Caravanning back at 22degC all normal on Acruise control as always. The red warning came up on dash and the engine temp was reading 115degC, immediately backed off and looked for Parking lay-by. In the mean time the temp gauge quickly returned to 90degC and I never saw it again. Feels like a sticky thermostat if these clever cars still have them. Thoughts?

Sorry forgot the posting. Sort of yes, more a case of stopping the back end sagging low when loaded with boot and caravan nose weight 100kg.

Dash display sticks
Hello, My dashboard scrolling display is great to view Driver Data, Assists, Audio, Navigation etc by the steering wheel mounted buttons. However this week it seems to have developed an erratic development by sticking on a random selection, like the Phone, then goes back to working again. Has anybody had similar and figured out the reason why? TIA

Stop Start doesn't deactivate
Thank every much. Hopefully it was just me being a dud. As always these things are a personal preference. I do not like stop/start, as it feels very destructive to the vehicle components, battery, starter etc. But more importantly for me it feels like its stalling out all the time. Not a pleasure. Thanks all for your time.

Stop Start doesn't deactivate
I think your right xman and I was pressing the wrong one. This morning I pressed the other one (on right of gear lever and below the Mode) with confidence and it seemed to do it, however without looking down it had turned the button illumination off. Need a bit more learning time, than the week so far, with this very intelligent car. Loving the car though.

Stop Start doesn't deactivate
I felt it was a fault. It's booked in to the dealer next week to be looked at. Wanted real users thoughts/confirmation, unless I was missing a trick.

Stop Start doesn't deactivate

Stop Start doesn't deactivate
Hello, Can anybody enlighten me as to what I might be doing wrong or may be wrong with this function. It seems to go in to stop/start mode all the time and even while still rolling to a junction, albeit slowly, I haven't even come to a dead stop here. In the city it can get tedious so i would like to switch it off. Many thanks
