  1. It was week 43. I don't know. I will check again this week. But even if week 43 stands this will mean around 16 months wait till delivery. So I would get the car on the month when my coworker oredered it last year (almost same config). He is driving it since February this year. ðŸĪŠ
  2. Here we are again. Again everyone in Slovenia (also from elsewhere), who ordered after me, get the car before me. Still happy for you guys! Congrats.
  3. I will take you word for it, cause I am waiting to move to DSG for 14 months now, but somehow Skoda has other plans.
  4. I understand that, but you are one of the guys who ordered after me and already have the car. I assume that is because it is a manual with less equipment. I also understand waiting a year +- 1month which is like an average but 14 months later looking at around 16 months currently is crazy. Also I don't really care about the price, because I am not paying for it.
  5. All I see is people who ordered after me getting cars and that is the case for 14 months now. ðŸĪĢ I am happy for you guys, keep posting positive news. If my car is not made on week 43 at latest, as it stands now, I will probably go mental and cancel this ****ing order. ðŸ˜Ū‍ðŸ’Ļ
  6. I assume they don't care about you either. I don't think this is motivated by nationality, it is all about the money.
  7. Excuses are standard: covid, chips, fire, war, chips, covid, war,... We are livid and there is nothing we can do. One thing is clear by now. If they have parts, they make more expensive cars with higher margins first and they make more money in countries like GB, Germany, Finland, Switzerland... There are some exceptions here also, but not so many. They don't care about some lowly Slavs from Slovenia. They also don't care about their own people in Czech, because I read on their forums about even worse waiting times. P.S. And situation is about to get worse, because now there will be a new problem, GAS! That is why I am even more nervous now, when car is planned for week 43. If it isn't made on this week, maybe there will be another long wait or maybe it won't be made at all.
  8. What do you mean by this? I have been waiting 14 months already for a TDI. Some even more.
  9. I am with you man! Don't let them **** you over. Report back how you resolved the issue.
  10. They must do this on purpose and hope customer doesn't notice. I don't understand how this can happen. So they "plan" production of cars based on equipment/components the order needs. You wait a very, very long time, because they don't have all of the components. Then they start making your car and noone checks what equipment should be in it? Then after it is built noone checks if car is built to specification and everything ordered is in the car? Now you will have to wait again and drive back to the dealer for a retrofit, assuming they will at least offer you one. Probably they will just try to refund you for side assist. Wow! ðŸ˜Ū
  11. You ordered side assist as part of security premium package? You are very relaxed about missing equipment. This is a new low for Skoda. Waiting almost 15 months to receive a car with missing equipment? I have no words... ðŸĪŪ
  12. I made a mistake. Mine is planned in week 43 currently. FML.
  13. We understand your frustration. I ordered in July 21 and still no car (planned like yours in Week 40), so even if you took over October 21 order in comparison to others, the wait is currently not that terrible yet. For me it is already 14 months since the order. If mine is made by some miracle in week 40 + transport + papers, that will mean almost 16 months till delivery. This is a disgrace. ðŸĪŪ
  14. I was able to add anything I want to the car till this month. Dealer also said this won't push my order to the end of the waiting list. I added things like heated steering wheel, heated seats, child lock, sun blinds, heated windshield... There was also no request from Skoda about the reverse camera, so it is still in the order. I also don't think cameras are still a problem, because it is again available for order in the configurator.
  15. When did you order the car? Sorry about your Mum man. 😞
  16. Bad news about my order. It is currently planned for week 43, so this would mean almost 16 months of waiting for the car (ordered July 21). So I don't understand, why they can't change my rims after waiting 14 months, if production is planned 2 months from now. Skoda is a joke.
  17. It sure looks like it.
  18. By Skoda standards, soon is 2 to 3 months.
  19. I ask, because I hope mine will be on the same truck, but I know that is very unlikely.
  20. Congrats! It is already in transit?
  21. I got a mail today from the dealer, that I am unable to change the rims on my order anymore. Car is planned for production, but I don't know exactly when. So maybe you are on to something with your statement @SpanishJose.
  22. I don't know if most people are still updating that spreadsheet, but judging by comments here, I am the only one here pushing almost 14 months now without estimated delivery date. Anyone still here whose order date is before mine and is without production date? 😞
  23. Sorry, no news about unfinished cars. Only about producing 4000 Octavias in a week and that everything runs fine on the assembly line. Except for that DQ200 transmission. I asked the dealer about my car. He made some calls and said it should be produced in the next 2 months. I think this is just some bull he is being fed by importer or I am being fed by him or we are both getting fed with bull by importer or/and Skoda. Basically poo is flying everywhere so it doesn't really mather.
  24. Ok. So those who ordered 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI can expect delays, but Skoda should just change the brand name to Delayed instead of changing Skoda logo.
  25. There is no 1.6 TDI but there are 2 versions of 2.0 TDI, I think 115hp and 150hp.
