  1. Does it have 4k € more equipment or is also more expensive?
  2. For iV you shouldn't assume 13 - 14 months, assume longer.
  3. Yes, this Q3 is there for some time now. It is very funny that for all brands the delivery time of models is measured in months, only Skoda has the privilege to have time measured in Qs. What is next? Years? Decades? 🤣
  4. Cars that are made from about now, will all be MY23. About not getting the car until 2023 is not about MY, but more about incompetence of Skoda. So unless you are very, VERY lucky, expect the car no sooner than 1 year from order.
  5. Congrats btw, but nope, my memory is perfect. Especially when I am put through trauma like this. 🤣 #NeverForget
  6. Congrats man. Tnx for trying to give us hope, but at least for me, the hope was gone a long time ago and nothing can bring it back. 😵
  7. That is what happens, when you pay more and you also have quite some luck.
  8. Here... In 3 days it will be one year. Zero info to date.
  9. I thought it was the Fabia that was finally made. I wasn't even surprised.
  10. Bingo! Been saying that for half a year now on this forum. Maybe people will start to believe me now, when we wait 1 year+.
  11. This has been clear for a long time. Still, is 9 months for BMW correct? Also is this for models ordered now or 1 year ago? Anyway, Skoda is still the worst by far and there is no changing my mind. How could you, we all see the facts. I would also rather see Skoda stop orders for Octavia, than making newer orders way before finishing orders waiting 1 year+.
  12. Sure, let them make an example of me. I don't care anymore. If anything, I will be happy if they cancel my order ASAP. They should have done it long before. Turds.
  13. What do you mean? Are you calling the Director of VW Slovenia a ****ty liar? 😲
  14. “Waiting periods are from six to 12 months. Until now, we have managed to guarantee the price on the day of the conclusion of the sales contract,” says Marko Škriba, director of the Volkswagen brand in Slovenia. At Škoda, waiting times range from three to 12 months, the longest currently waiting for the Octavia – also due to a devastating fire at a key supplier. According to Petar Podlipny, the director of the brand in Slovenia, they have also guaranteed the price until now and it should remain so in the future. Link: https://newsbeezer.com/sloveniaeng/confirmation-of-what-we-have-already-seen-in-the-parking-lots-in-koper/ This was published for Slovenia 2 days ago. Even the director of VW is lying. 3 - 12 months? Ok, then I should expect my car next week, even if I have no info. Nevermind me. I see other people from Slovenia waiting already up to 15 months. Efing liar.
  15. Considering you ordered in Jan, that was quite a lie. That was borderline malicious, but maybe you get lucky.
  16. Didn't order a hybrid, but it still feels horrible. 😞
  17. You mean the hybrid ones or all?
  18. Guys, today my daughter was born 😃, before Skoda was able to produce any info, let alone the car itself and I ordered the car in July. At least she was on time, so that is something
  19. I think we already established Skoda is not the only one with issues, but still Skoda is one of the worst in this situation (if not the worst). Just wanted to put this out, cause "not only Skoda" sounds like an old excuse.
  20. Maybe a sign of things improving for people who want to buy cancelled orders from stock for higher prices (also no DSGs). Definitely an improvement for dealers.
  21. Small correction. The guys who complained were from Greece.
  22. First of all, it is unfair to compare waiting times of EVs to non-EVs. Even if we ignore this difference, you got the KIA in 10 months because of the model refresh (somewhat understandable) and you didn't see the Kodiaq at all in this time and probably got no info. I somewhat agree about the preference, but still, waiting year and a half for a car is just unreasonable to put it mildly. I know if they told me last year in July that the wait time is one year (which would still be a lie, cause apparently it is much longer), I wouldn't order at all and would go to competition in a heartbeat. So with their lies/incompetence, they took the option of preference from the customer, cause I bet many people prefer not to wait 2 years for a car. Wait time is a big part of the preference and seeing people receive cars, who ordered after you, does not help at all.
  23. One more thing I figured out today is, that I am very sorry I didn't order a car also from competition and later just cancel one order, depending which order comes first (probably the Skoda order would be canceled). Apparently this is what people are doing, as I talked to a friend today. Maybe I will still do this, cause currently it looks like Skoda delivers the car in a year and a half, while others have less than 6 months waiting times. I guess they support this kind of behaviour with line skipping and no info. This is chaos.
  24. No need to debate. Yes, you would be driving it 2 months already if you wouldn't order a hybrid. Just take look here: https://www.marnet-mobility.de/aktuelle-lieferzeiten.html
  25. Don't you worry about tenders. They all get delivered to the date. Here in Slovenia and Croatia many police cars were delivered (probably there is a delivery date in the contract), while we peasents wait for crumbs like we are getting the car for free.
