This is a radar cover, I removed mine and found it to be a standard piece of trim with 4 clips holding it in place. I’m not sure how a a few tiny scratches could throw the radar off which is behind this plastic cover? we’re booked into Skoda at the start of May, so will feed back once we have an answer

Thank you for this post. I’ve got a 2016 Superb which developed the ACC unavailable fault on 4 days ago on Thursday. The lovey sat nav diverted me away from traffic (on a long 4hr drive) down a county lane, ended up hitting a pot hole. I hoped the error would clear itself but no such luck. 4hr return trip today without cruise control / ACC. so it looks like I need to visit an approved ADAS garage or Skoda to remedy this. mill reply once I also have an answer.
