Hello everyone I have a 2017 Superb with the 1.8 petrol engine. The car needed a clutch replcement. It was done well and fixed the issue. However, after the new clutch was installed, I have noticed boost loss when the car takes off in the second gear. Once it goes up to the third gear, the car really takes off. This issue only appeared after the clutch was replaced. Is there any chance that the car mechanic might have damaged the vacuum lines and caused a leak?

Somone wrote here that the dealer PTFE and it lasted a year. Replacing the bushings completely solved the issue for me on another car. My options are: a new complete bar with bushings: £185. A new pair of bushings from Powerflex for £64 or from Problem Solving Bushings for £45. Can anybody resommend Poweflex over PSBushings?

Hello everyone! I have a 2017 with squeaky ARB bushings. I am planning on replacing them down the line it the ARM or the bushings. For the mean time, what would work better? Silicon spray pr PTFE spray?

My car has the rear window locks with one button. It has the 8 pin plug. Can I replace it with two locks? It has 10 pins. Will it work?!

I believe that you are right. I have done some research and I have found that Skoda or VW doesn't sell them individually. I'm just unsure what is the correct inner diameter to order. Is it 24 mm? Where can I find them. Does Febi/ Bilstein sell them?

What's a start-stop memory device?!

Yes. It is a DSG. Is there to reset the system? So that engages only when the car comes to q complete stop?

My 2017 Superb has the start stop system. I have had in 2 other cars but didnt have the following issue. It turns off the car before it comes to a complete stop. Has anyone had a similar issue?! It's 1.8 petrol.

Hey basically unplugged it. There are two wires that go into the plug. He added a device on one of the wires so it doesn't show a permanent error on the dash. That's as far as I know.

The car was modified by the dealer when it was brand new. The driver knee airbag was turned off because the owner was handicapped. I checked under the steering wheel and I saw that it is disconnected. My question is if I can simply plug it back in.

I have bought a used Superb which was modified by the previous owner. The car has had it's knee airbag deactivated. The cable is no longer connected. Everytime I turn the car on I get the message: Seat belt air bag tensioner deactivated. I am not sure if the message is related to the airbag being disconnected but it might be. My question: can I simply plug it back in?!

2018 1.5 tsi with the DSG gearbox. Today while in traffic, put the car in park and activated the handbrake. When it was time to move, put the car in Drive and stepped on the gas pedal. The car wouldn't move forward. The engine just revved. It only moved after turning the car off and turning the car on again. Has anyone experienced this before?

Has anyone replaced the Oem halogens with Philips LED?

The dash displays liters per kilometers or kilometers per liter. It's different than the ones you have in Europe. Currently it's around 30 degrees Celsius. I use 95 octane fuel. We also have 98. Would it make any difference? I have checked local forums, and people around here also get around 10 kilometers per liter. Some more some less.

I live in Jerusalem Israel. It's an area surrounded by lots of mountains. This might be one of the reason that it's high. Regardless, 9 km to the liter is really low. The car has 84 kilometers. I have had it for two weeks. I changed the oil and the filters. It drives fine. No apparent issues. Is there anything to check?

What units is that in? My car does 22 miles per gallon. Or 9 kilometers per liter.
