  1. Thank you very very much!!! This is going to help me a lot, thanks again!
  2. I'd really appreciate it if you could share them. Tomorrow I'll take apart the entire lock assembly—the two parts that make it up (the one with the physical lock and the controller). Parts from 20 to 25. I got stuck on these screws (part 3V5.827.887.B)
  3. First of all, THANKS, many many thanks. After a lot of testing and check VCDS, problem seems to be the "Lock malfunction". Anyway, I'll continue testing just to check if problem could be the wires or the entire piece... I’m attaching this in case it’s of any help to anyone in the future.... Update after further VCDS diagnosis: I have now reproduced the fault several times while monitoring the 6D measuring values. The most interesting finding is: IDE05229 - Reason for cancellation of rear lid procedure Last reason: Lock malfunction IDE09505-MAS09017 Tailgate lock: implausible counter It initially showed 1559, every failed opening attempt increased it by exactly one: 1559 → 1560 → 1561 → 1562 → 1563 → 1564 During a failed opening attempt the three latch states remain: Pre-latch: Closed Main latch: Closed Rear lid lock: Closed and the instrument cluster does not detect the boot as open. If I then slightly lift the tailgate manually, without another electrical command, the values change to: Pre-latch: Closed Main latch: Open Rear lid lock: Safety catch / pre-latch At exactly that point the boot open indication appears on the instrument cluster, and the implausible-lock counter does not increase. I also checked the closing-assist system separately: IDE09505-MAS09018 Closing assist implausible counter: 0 So at the moment VCDS appears to be pointing much more specifically towards the tailgate latch/lock or its state detection, rather than the pull-shut/closing-assist mechanism. Current stored DTC: B2010 00 - No Basic Setting Although the live measuring value IDE09495 currently reports the tailgate as Initialized. I'll continue diagnosing it before replacing any parts.
  4. Hi everyone, I've searched the forum and found several similar tailgate problems, but I haven't been able to find a solution that exactly matches my case. If this has already been discussed or solved elsewhere, my apologies, and I'd really appreciate a link to the relevant thread. I preferred to start a new topic rather than resurrect an old one because my symptoms are slightly different. However, I've read the previous cases and will test the suggested solutions, particularly the latch/closing-assist mechanism, and report the results here. Car: Skoda Superb III, 2017, 3V3 Liftback (not Estate/Combi), 1.4 TSI 150 PS, DSG7 automatic. Main problemPressing the opening button operates the latch, but the tailgate does not lift by itself. If I give it a small manual push, the electric drive starts working, raises it to approximately 1/4 of its travel and stops. Normally it will not power-close either. Pressing the button only produces the "beep beep" warning. The interesting part is that when the car correctly detects the boot as open and the open-tailgate symbol appears on the instrument cluster, the tailgate can sometimes continue electrically all the way to fully open. If it reaches fully open, it can sometimes power-close normally as well. Because of this, we're particularly interested in the latch/closing-assist mechanism and the signals used by 6D to determine whether the tailgate is open or closed. VCDS findings so farBoth position sensors track each other extremely closely. For example, at approximately 24% opening: Position Sensor 1: 512 Position Sensor 2: 511 Rear lid position: 24% When completely closed, both sensors return to 0. After clearing the previous faults and reproducing the problem, 6D currently stores no new DTC. I have also tried: Rear lid: reset standardization Adapt flap opening angle Both Basic Settings start but remain indefinitely on Running and never complete. 6D controllerSW: 5Q0 959 107 L HW: 5Q0 959 107 J Component: HDSG-Modul H13 0261 Coding: 1008 ASAM: EV_DeckLidCONTIAU736 001014 I'm using VCDS 21.9.0 x64 with an AliExpress interface which cannot be updated, so I'm also keeping in mind the possibility of a limitation with this VCDS/interface setup. What I'm looking forApart from ideas about the fault itself, I'm particularly looking for data from a known-good Superb Mk3 3V3 Liftback (not Estate): complete 6D Controller Map, 6D Adaptation Map / ADP map, 6D coding/configuration, and, if possible, measuring values related to the latch/closing assist and reasons for cancellation/stopping of tailgate movement. Ideally from the same or a very similar module: 5Q0 959 107 L HW: 5Q0 959 107 J HDSG-Modul H13 0261 EV_DeckLidCONTIAU736 001014 Coding: 1008 I don't want to run Resetting all adaptations until I have backed up my current configuration and, preferably, have a known-good configuration for comparison. If anyone has a 3V3 Liftback with an electric tailgate and VCDS, or has experienced similar symptoms, any information would be greatly appreciated. I'll update the thread with the results of further tests and, of course, the solution if we manage to find the cause. Thanks!
  5. Morning you all, Finally the problem appears, it's solved now and it was the steering (obviosly). One month ago, before the noises, the car leave the road, just a little bit, but no little enougth hehe and then: the mess has maked...so, be careful and drive well 😭 Thanks you for all the answers, feedback and advices!! (I learn a little bit)
  6. Morning fellows, After do all @numskulltold me, the noise still there. In other garage, much more trusted, the worst scenario appears again: "the steering rack". They will offer me 2 alternatives: - Repair the piece. - Replace the piece. I don't have the prices yet, but only the new piece cost around 1000€. I'm contacting with Skoda, both garages (official and non-official) told me the same "It's not logic in a car with 5 years and less than 50.000KM have this kind of problem, except a manufacter issue. The car haven't got guaranty but at least try to speak with Skoda assistance". Thank you all for the advices, I learn so much. If I have any notice I'll notice to you fellows!! PD: The Three Wise Men will be lightly laden this year.... 😞
  7. Sorry but I didn't understand exactly what I must to do, remove the cover? This? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kItr0pIIAnM
  8. Thank you, understood. Start from the basic and discard the difrerent possiblities as you mentioned. Tomorrow I'll going to other garage, ill tell you any news. Thank you very very much!
  9. Thanks a lot for the info. I'll check prices because the Spanish distributors are more expensives than English and I assume it will be more easy find info in english than spanish.
  10. I own a 2018 Superb, I assume for a domestic use best option is HEX-V2, best place/price to buy it? I'm from Spain so I prefer spanish language, but I don't care if is in English (doubt: could you easily change it later?) Thanks for all the info you attach!!!
  11. Apologies, but, how can I do that? As far as I undertood the comments in this post, first I need to remove the steering wheel to check if the problema persist, I'm wrong? Thanks again for spent time answering me, appreciate.
  12. Greetings fellows, I'll try to remove the clock spring this weekend (if my wife and little baby let me ofc) and check if the problem is really that. Any video to check it? Regards!!
  13. I still having this issue, did you finally solved? or at least did you check everything you asked?
  14. At least dismounting the steering I could check if the problem is there. I'm right?
  15. So first of all, remove the steering cowling and check if something is wrong, rigth? I'll try it to do it this weekend (if my child&woman allow me 😕) Thanks a lot!!! I really appreciate the time you took to answer me 💗
  16. Thanks for reply and the explanation, I really appreciate it. So, based on the sound and the diagnosis of the first mechanic, it will be necessary replace the entire column as he said?
  17. Indeed english is not my language, so I have troubles explaining this tecnical issues jeje. There is a rubber between the car cabin and the engine, in the steering column. I hope this explaination makes more sense.
  18. Yes, thats exactly what I will do, go to other mechanic (plus they are Czech jeje)
  19. Updated: The receptionist of the official dealer told me, out of the records, that the mecanics says the sound is so typical when the rubber is broken or just worm out. They give 3years warranty, thats the reason for change the entire piece instead just the "problem". How dificult is change this rubber? I'll go to other place to check it again ofc. Thanks guys!!!!
  20. Thank you so much, I'll try to check if is the wheel rubbing (think I can verified if the sound coming from the clockspring or down in the wheel againts the shround). Again, thank u!
  21. Any idea, advice or guide about how can I test it? At least to discart alternatives... Thanks you fellows, thanks a lot!
  22. Afternoon fellows, I had an issue in my MK3, the problema appears from one day to another. The offical dealer told me it's neccesary to change all the steering column and this cost around 3k€ (pieces) + 600€ (work). I hope someone could told me if have any clue about the issue or something to check. Here is the link to the video&audio: https://youtube.com/shorts/nU-TDXjdGVw?si=5j5fWUK7x-bYIDBx https://youtube.com/shorts/qOnbm1uc2FY?si=LI2OFBhvxMoEz1FX Kind regards and thank you so much!
  23. Sorry, wrong post before. Similar situation here, the blind monitor works fine around 8minutes and then stoped, with a Warning "Blind spot with no visibility". Once appear the message the system can not be activated again. If I start/stop the car, the blind system works for 2 or 3 minutes. No idea how to solve or workaround the problem... I have an MK3 from 2018. Thanks!!!
  24. Afternoon!! I want update the soft, I have this version, it's possible & recomended?? My "blind spot detector" only works around 8minutes, after that WARNING NOT VISIBILITY, before that the detector works perfect, I don't understand it, so confused to me. N. Disp: 5Q0035864C Hard: H41 Soft: 0468 Thanks for the all the info fellows!!!
