2023 plate superb ( out of warranty) Left the car for a week got back into it and surprisingly the battery seems flat but it started . Anyway now the parking sensors have stopped working ( they worked for a brief spell yesterday ). Keep getting a beep and these warning signs, any ideas?

Replacing front shocks to these B4s current sale on. Can someone tell me if i will need the B1s ( mounts with these too? Are the B1s bumpstops? are do they come with the mounts their website is a bit confusing.

Agree Travs...it was a basic foxwell. I did have a Diognostic booked in however due to the snow it was cancelled.

Had 2 front sets of monroe fail after around 60- 70k Hate them now ...used to be good but id get Bilston any day now.

*Update* I left the mil light on and it went off on its own after a few 2.5 / 3k revs down the motorway . It still seems to regen often so will be investigating this .

Problem with this is there is that many things what would come under this code. My question is this ...if i used the correct scan tool would this pinpoint where the issue is ? For a while now ive suspected the re-gens have been happening way too often ( i do 95% motorway driving )

Yeah both filters were fitted and they aren't expensive anyway. No way will i change that oil every 80k I do starship miles 2023 L&K and its already done 113k

When i asked Skoda Gloucester what was the DSG oil change intervals they said 80k - i was sure I read 40k ...then back up north i was told 40k so was happy with that. Ive since changed at 40k 80k and coming up to 120k where it will be done again. Must admit everytime I get it changed the transmission is defo smoother.

Just the fault code i stated ...its not their field of expertise though ..i may have to get it checked elsewhere but the difficulty is finding a trusted garage that wont guess but find the issue. I can see why ppl delete these tbh ...last 3 vag cars all dpf issues

Ive noticed the economy dropping a little but not loads ...still average 55- 60 mpg on motorways . I use the car for work which involves driving up and down the motorway ( its mainly motorway mileage i do) Been for a oil change today and the local garage has a code reader that measured the sut and was reading 41 but i think i could do with a specialist to get a pinpoint remedy because i dont want to be just changing sensors for the sake of it. 113k with 95% motorway miles still shouldn't clog up a dpf surely but i could be wrong.

Comes up as DPF regen frequency. Does this mean the dpf is full ? 2023 Skoda Superb 2.0 Diesel 113k

Already done the oil & filter at 40k Due again at 80k No way do I listen to VW/Skoda guidance for fluid chage schedules they simply cannot be trusted with this stuff imvho.

There are the standard OE shocks on the 2023 L&K estates ( these are both front ) Monroe shocks a lifespan of between 50k - 80k according to Skoda . Mine was spotted leaking at 68k but i think it started early 60s. Awful shocks most of my milage was 80% motorway as well. Will be replacing with Bilstein B4s very soon cost over £700 quid for the pair .

I have a 2023 ( forget which DQ no is for this) 2.0 diesel, did they revise these by 2023?

*Update* Skoda refused because its outnof warrenty, must admit i didnt expect them too but those monroes that are standard are shocking, i know loads that have had issues with the shocks . So looks like B4s Bilstons, is this just a straght forward replacement ? Also anyone know mow much to replace these with b4 bilstons ?

Cheers think b4 are the way to go . Will try skoda but ive done over 60k

Are these a direct replacement with zero alterations needed?, obviously you will know mine ate electronic controlled type are these the same ? Any idea of cost ? Might see if Skoda will do this under warranty as its only done 68k

Im staggered that both my front dampers have started to leak and these aren't cheap . Mine is a Superb estate L&K dampers that has different mode settings, car is a 2023! Done 68k Both springs amd shocks are terrible on these Skoda's ive had smar issues before .

VW springs are really poor, they break very easily, everyone of my previous skoda springs broke. Would love to know who provide VW with their springs.

I had to replace my heated screen and I saw the bill for one, thank god the windscreen insurance covered it !
