  1. Unfortenately the black cat "Selotejp" from the beggining of this thread is no longer with us, the car ran him over. I am taking a break for a couple of days and I will get the AC charged in a few days.
  2. As much as I can see on the picture you need to press the control arm more into the rubber pivot bush. It is not seated all the way in.
  3. Server fans are actually QUITETER than original blower fan🤣🤣🤣🤣 Yes, my bad...I thought the Alex system from the picture you posted.
  4. The cable will be hidden in the future, I just don't have the time for it right now. Speakers can fit, but I am using speaker standoffs because of the depth of the speaker (magnet is in the way). And I have a Bose amplifier in the glovebox compartment (4 speaker outputs on 2 ohms and single 100w 2 ohm subwoofer in the trunk). Total of 5 outputs on the amplifier.
  5. "Ghetto" solution...I used server fans and made a slim profile "fan". I used server fans because they are high RPM, they move a lot of air and they are great for static pressure. The original Favorit "dual blower fan" would not fit and the original single blower fan also would not fit. It would be the best if I could get the Diavia AC fan assembly. I will use original wiring, but instead of resistor pack I will use Arduino Nano with a code to get regulated speed (5, 7, 9 and 12V) Yes, the whole subframe is from Felicia 1.6 and I am using the factory anti-roll bar.
  6. It's still work in progress. I have the original fusebox cover but it does not fit because the strut tower is a little bit different, but I will probably modify the existing one or print a new cover 😁
  7. Do you have any pictures of the "problem"? Which year is your car?
  8. Thank you very much😁 Yes, I have stiffer springs from Felicia (Felicia has 15mm springs and Favorit has 13mm springs). The 1.6 16V is MUCH heavier than original 1.3 135B engine I had in the Favorit.
  9. A/C successfully installed, I will be posting pictures tomorrow.
  10. Got the new bearing for the compressor and new seals for AC lines
  11. Yes, the cooling ducts are just too big and I have to make big modifications...
  12. So today I have put new fuse holders and made some adjustments with the wiring. I will also NOT be using recirculation (I know that hurts the efficiency, but whatever🤣). Its too complicated to fit original AC with recirculation in the Favorit with 1.6 AFH/AVY...There is just not enough space. I will be posting more pictures tomorrow.
  13. And how did you even remove the struts without removing that bolt? That bolt is the only thing holding the lower part of the strut to the suspension😳😳
  14. The bolt that you are trying to remove (the one thats holding the strut) is NOT threaded into the strut, you should be able to whack it out with the hammer. As much as I understand, the rust is so bad you cannot remove that bolt.
  15. Yes haha, it does interfere with the throttlebody and a part of the intake runners
  16. Use a blowtorch, don't hesitate to heat it up really good. The paint should be burning off. Try heating it for 10 minutes constantly and then try to hitting it with a hammer, also don't hasitate to hit it very hard.
  17. Yeah, about those fuse holders...The wires are too thin, I need at least 4mm2 in the fuse holder. I will convert to 29mm fuse. If you have high quality OFC fuse holder it will not corrode. I know about the air box, but I like the induction sound and it looks good
  18. I only want custom "masks". I don't want to change the cluster.
  19. There is no original airbox. I will make a new intake manifold because its interfering with ac/heating box. (Old picture)
  20. Thanks😁 I used the Felicia 1.6 with AC radiator, same as the 1.9D if I am correct. (441.0.7601-412.6)
  21. Probably just an Arduino Mega with a felicia speed sensor, nothing complicated. I was planning to make a digital felicia cluster with a screen (like the new mercedes) but it was just too expensive in parts so I gave up.
  22. So as I said, did a temporary repair for the fuses and did some fitting onto the Favorit. 30A fuse should be a 40A, don't worry, I found one 19mm 40A fuse but I am thinking to replace the 19mm fuse with the 29mm 40A fuse because its easier to get a 40A 29mm fuse rather than 19mm 40A fuse.
  23. So, I did a few things. I modded the alternator/compressor/power steering pump carrier to fit my 120A alternator. I made some cuts to fit AC condenser and engine coolant radiator to fit in the Favorit. Luckly threw that together and looks like it will fit. I also repaired the radiator fan resistor (it burned out), soldered new fuses to the AC control unit box (I removed old 19mm fuse housings because they were badly corroded but I will order new fuse housings (161 937 501) and replace them. There was a bad job done by the previous owner when he was repairing those fuses and stuff like that.
