  1. Thanks Derek. I think I will see if I can get someone to do a VCDS check on my car just in case there is a setting that needs altering as I always get good reception on Classic but the TMC symbol drifts between active and line through which I guess means the MMI is not getting a good enough signal to work correctly.
  2. I think you are spot on and Audi will plead the same with their old MMI 3 units. Nobody at Audi will admit to the problem and keep insisting I take my car in even though I have explained that the problem is not unique to my car.
  3. Hopefully see some action then. It seems to be a widespread VW/Audi/Skoda problem.
  4. I contacted the Audi digital team and was told they only do the Audi Connect and not the radio based TMC. Advised me to go to my main dealer who of course will be clueless but will want paying for telling me they don't know how to fix it!!

  8. On my TMC less Audi there are no options to change provider but I have re checked all my settings and Emailed *****@*****.tld. I will post any reply I get from them.
  9. I spotted this thread on Google and although I drive a 2009 Audi A6 I decided to join in as the TMC function on my car is also not working as it should. I get the TMC icon on the Nav map but sometimes there is a line through it even though I get good reception on Classic FM. When I press the Info button I used to get a list of traffic reports but they are no longer there. Maps and software are up to date and I have tried everything to get the reports back. The Dynamic re routing function is not working as proved recently when it failed to re direct me due to a bad accident on the M6. As Skoda are part of the VW group this seems to be a common problem.
