If it helps, I had a similar issue and it turned out to be my fitted dashcam which had a wire running to the rear camera.

Same issue for me. Dealer said Skoda aware and working on a fix but it's not yet available and no ETA

Hi, i am not sure how common this issue is but i have the latest Phev estate SL with winter pack, delivered in December. I've had two instances now of the 12v battery going flat overnight when the car is plugged in to charge. Taken into skoda twice, they now replaced the 12v but suspect this is a software fault as I am aware this is a long standing issue on the previous version and also the Octavia phev albeit resolved on those with a software update. Unfortunately not sw update on the latest model 😕 Welcome hearing from others to see how common for PHEV owners.

Can I check which country you are in. I might retry the activation using a VPN incase its a UK restriction or similar...?

Thanks R0bb10. I have been chatting to Lennart, fairly sure I went through the correct options and used the above codes. I used ODIS 9.1 so that's the only difference. Unfortunately my dealer is useless in this regard and recommended changing the infotainment unit for £3,000! The only thing I wonder is that I have an expired Connect subscription for the Connect Services - Infotainment Online and Care Connect - Remote Access. I wonder if this makes any difference or perhaps activating from the UK makes a difference. Not sure?

@r0bb10 @Lennart thank you both for your posts and support updating from version 0156. I have managed to do everything up to firmware 3300 other than reactivate the Navigation. I have tried the codes from my chassis number in ODI-S and get the following errors are the end of the Special Function per the image. I tried different codes from the spreadsheet and different orders and the error code changed making me suspect it's a problem with the activation codes for my particular car 😞 Any thoughts appreciated but otherwise, 3300 seems great, I now get Android Auto without needing to plug in phone plus all of the Connect functionality works etc. So in summary, just no navigation but I can use Android Auto for that. Hi all, I hope someone has seem this error. After updating to firmware 0238 and having the navigation break, I tried to activate the SWAP code via the FES in ODIS with an Online Geko login. I have the details per the spreadsheet for the activation code, pin etc. Unfortunately, when doing so, it ends with an error: Action: Message The following malfunction has occurred: FFP0307E An unexpected system malfunction occurred. Please contact support (TSC or importer) and give them this DTC code and diagnostic log. Has anyone experienced or resolved this? Thank you

hi all, I had a go at updating and as reported by others, the Navigation fails to start. It's been into Skoda Dealership who are insisting it's not a feature to be updated via ODIS but instead the Infotainment and SOS need replacing. I highly doubt it but I don't have access to ODIs to attempt to solve myself. Can anyone point me in the most cost effective direction to attempt to resolve this myself? Thank you

Hi Lennart, can you provide a bit more detail about the navigation code, how to obtain and where to input? I've done the triple update from 0156 to 0278 and have the issue of navigation not starting. Thank you.

You are a superstar. Do I need any special tools to apply that fix or can I do via an App on my Phone? Does the system not work at all whilst the error is present or is it just an annoyance?

Thank you. I'm fairly tech savvy. It's been to dealer twice, they told me they've updated the software but when I look its still 0156 version. They now say it needs a new GPS antenna which has failed which is causing the loading profile error. Its booked back in a couple weeks time. Before then, thought I'd update the software directly and then take in so they can resolve any gremlins. However, can't locate the older update files 😞
