I've the same car that your getting, same software no issues. Got to say that this car is a step backwards in build quality and drive performance compared to my old golf mk7.5 2.0 GTD estate (it had the optional improved suspension in fairness but definitely the better car)..

This same thing happened to me this week. Not managed to resolve.

Mine is very much main stream, and so ‘2021’…! appreciate this may not be the place to say it, but my hybrid so far fails to impress, my former, a Golf estate 2018 2.0 DSG a better car in so so many ways. To name 3, suspension, paint work, hardwearing seats. This Skoda poor here...

Update of my wishlist 1. Puddle lights for underside of front doors not sorted. 2. Purchase dash cam (front & rear) ideally discrete & tidy. sorted, want with FitcamX - OEM finish, nice. 3. Purchase some form of protector for the rear boot / bumper as will be loading gear in often. Not sorted 4. Purchase some funky smart floor mats nit sorted 5. Purchase a home charger system. don’t think I’ll bother

Last one. look, so, for me, no brainer if you want something completely OEM looking. If I was doing it again I would have spent the extra and got the 4k one. Anyway job done, back to my other wishlist items!

Hi, the shroud that was there previously also hung slightly below the height of the mirror (I’m vertically challenged though so if your taller then obviously you’ll see less 😀), sorry perhaps I should have done a before and after. ill take more pics tomorrow and try and measure the various bits and bobs for you. drove the car for the first time today so will also check the recording and try and share some pics or video..! edit - this is the system I got. Job done, super pleased with the tidy finish and oem look of the front cam. 🫶🏼

Here’s some pics. Tidy install, very discreet too. Front Cam replaces the original plastic shroud and is almost the identical size. 🫶🏼

I’d just hire a car whenever you need it. Don’t believe PHEV, especially with its tiny battery much help.

Adding car to home WiFi did the trick for me.

Whoops in my rush I missed there being a choice of three, reading now for us it’s either 3345 or 3390. Looking back at my order it seems I went with 3345.. wonder if it is down to which camera you go for, I went with the cheaper 1440P.

I replaced a VW 2017 GTD estate with the 2021 VRS Hybrid PHEV which is a lot quieter.

Ordered this today (front and rear with polarising lens and hard wire kit) as there was 10% off for prime day.. let you know how I get on
