I have disable those features you have pointed out. And also reinstalled 330v but i didn't got that last part reapply patch that i have created with vcrn code. (I didn't do anything like that before🤔).

Also you mentioned "correct VCRN" and "reinstall patch" how to do that?

Yes i actually done too many changes since my car was 1800km Some of done by professional and some of did by me. Recently i heard abt the 330v so i tried to implement it and the Navigation database just disappeared. This is my OLD system info 👇 This is after the update 👆 So as per you- i have to undo all the changes i have done?? I have note down all the changes i made. appreciate your reply!

yes i now i know that why my navigation database is missing the version no. its because while updating to 330 i haven't known abt these points, that you have mentioned. i haven't revert any of those extra hidden features to its original values, i have that i have enabled via obdeleven app so you Can you explain how did you fix it in more details step by step. Please i m having very rough time with the dealership my car is in the works workshop since 3 weeks now. It would be very helpful, If see me as your younger brother! Uploadingbrother!

Which country are you from? What is your vehicle's name and model year? What is your infotainment system name? or simply share photo of it

Update. I visit my nearest skoda workshop they have take all the Hardware data and forwarded to the skoda india team to rectify the issue, because they said they haven't seen issue like this. So they are blank & sent the data to superior team. Once they reply on this, he will call me. In india, if you get your vehicle coded by unlocking extra features which company have hidden them. They they try to afraid you, by telling that you will not get warranty on this that...if they find out they just drops the car right away. And my car is coded by myself.🫢

In india there is no hourly charge system either they will say no or they will do it for free.

Hi, i have tried updating from your given link. But the version is same so the "start update" is greyed out. Was anable to update, due to version similarities. Also Checked their files was completely identical.

Just for the knowledge, can i roll back to that v0306? or any of those previous versions? @travs @Tell

oh, sorry my mistake i copied the wrong file name which was earlier installed successfully then i updated from v324 to v330 (was installed in the Skoda workshop. But the navigation database issue still persists and they don't have any clues on how this happened. apologise for the wrong v. info

I m not clear but i found one person (GERMANDNA) https://www.instagram.com/germandna_india?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== claiming that your car misses the base map file comes with the car (which the navi db was 21.7 and SW 306) But now its empty he said so first need to install those base map then 99% you'll be able to update to the latest map file (for me INDIAN map data is 8gb [OI_P129_MRM_INDIA_202448_Offline_Update.zip]) (Also the installation pdf is not that clear in terms of instruction so i m also confused about point 5 & 6 https://updateportal.skoda-auto.com/Download/Map-updates-mib3.pdf But dont know how to get base map.🥲 and in india we have limited technicians who actually have knowledge. And to find them is like finding nail in the grass. Thanks for the reply. I will post the solution once i found or skoda technician founds it. So someone else can do easily.
