  1. Did you do this yourself or get a professional in? Cost?
  2. Translation gives this:- Do we know anything else about the descent? I have a bad road kit and it is very high. Have you changed the cups?
  3. In Spain it is also prohibited. @Gabrielem please only use English.
  4. Following on from the photo by @pinkpanther's friend, this reminded me of one I took a few days ago.
  5. It's normally someone inadvertently pressing the unlock button in a prolonged manner.
  6. @StickyMicky was so impressed that he asked if this post could be pinned. I'm happy to do that.
  7. Nah. A farmer would have got a Unimog!
  8. With a car like that I can see why you want Le Chameau footwear!
  9. Maybe that should read, "If only I'd followed the Briskoda Guidelines then there wouldn't have been a need for any infractions being issued." Anyway, as I mentioned earlier it's best if you keep your MPG figures to the thread which YOU re-opened yesterday.
  10. I've just taken a few photos to show what I see. This is the graphic which overlays when the heated seat button is pressed. Here's 'my version' of 'your version'. This doesn't come up automatically but does show the heated wheel status in two places. I didn't think to see if the yellow wheel icon allowed controllability though.
  11. It would be appreciated that the hyper-miling is continued in the thread George mentions above. After all, it was actually your idea shy:-
  12. I'm still worried that he might not look the part! Here's some Highland essentials which were recently spotted - pick your own tartan!
  13. Basically yes. The steering wheel temperature can only be adjusted by the infotainment whereas the seats can be adjusted by either.
  14. No additional action is required after initially pressing the heated seat button.
  15. Not too sure if this has been stated previously but mine is turned on by the driver's heated seat button. This then also brings up the ability to adjust either the seat or wheel temperature on the infotainment (Columbus). The seat can also be controlled by repeatedly pressing the on button.
  16. I'm locking this as it's really just a continuation of your previous thread @Diljit
  17. Only use Rain-X when the screen is sorted or you will just lock in the streaks. Try using something that will cut through the grime such as white spirit or isopropanol.
  18. Tags are just a quick thing to use when searching for relevant words.
  19. I suppose that's similar to you asking your dealer if Skoda minded your car being remapped and would honour the warranty if something went wrong. You did ask your dealer before going ahead with it didn't you? Anyway, this thread is about the ability and wherewithal to be able to 'tinker' for want of a better word, with the screen settings - not wondering if a Bentley clock face will end up causing an accident and invalidating the insurance cover.
  20. Are you selling it with those wheels & tyres?
  21. Let us know if the car managed to drink the full 10l.
  22. That would have involved needing to have a Freedom account though!
  23. Yes - whatevers cheapest!
  24. The car will keep reminding you as your mileage decreases but at 1300m left should easily take a large container's (10l?) worth.
  25. I can also remember seeing fully fitted car 45rpm record players - which were available before 8-tracks! Anyway, back to the original question. If there is a Bluetooth CD machine available then won't that BT connection make the phone connection null & void?
