Unfortunately not. I haven't found a way to reliably reproduce the issue. It happens randomly, maybe once out of every 10 drives, making it very hard to explain to a workshop or get them to troubleshoot.

Interesting, mine was built September 2025. I would love to get a hold of this part and replace it. My old Volvo had lights like this and I really liked the effect

I'm glad to hear my settings were able to help! To add to the source discussion, I only use wired Android Auto with Spotify set to lossless downloads and highest quality when streaming.

My software version is 2768. You should definitely find some time to get yours updated.

Support has provided me with the following response: "Thank you for your patience, we have an update from our technical team. Our colleagues have performed the adjustment required to resolve this technical issue. For these updates to take effect on your side, please reinstall the application My Škoda and try to initiate Remote Climatization again." I reinstalled the app, but the version has not changed. It seems they may have pushed a server-side update. I've been able to activate remote climate twice today while charging, so fingers crossed this is resolved.

It is the PHEV. I haven't heard that the sub is different. I haven't heard the Canon system in a non-PHEV car to test it. I'm curious to hear what your experience is with these settings

The default settings are awful and the presets are useless. I am not an audiophile, but I have high quality headphones and speakers and am coming from a Volvo V60 with the Harman/Kardon system so I have an idea of what sounds good. In that car, I followed a guide from someone who is an audiophile and kind of adapted the settings to this Canton system. The settings available here are nearly identical to the ones in the Volvo and with a similar set up it sounds way better than default. I set the sub to max. Without setting it to max or close to it, the subwoofer has no effect just like the Harman/Kardon. I've set surround to max after listening at different levels and trying it off. I've also adjusted balance to be slightly forward, while leaving the focus on all seats. This is very subjective, I am by no means saying these are the absolute best settings, but feel free to try it out and tweak to your liking.

I don't have a Sportline, but from what I can tell, you cannot change the color of the rings. The background color and design will sync with the center screen, only if you do not display the map or lane assist/Cruise control. If/when tools like OBD11 add more support for this car, I imagine you would be able to change the theme from Sportline to the regular one which doesn't have red rings.

Just tried to remote start the car again and I got "Air Conditioning interrupted. The error cannot be accurately determined" I have reached back out to support. Not sure if the car might have an update available, it was built in September 2025

I've been experiencing this issue and Škoda support gave me the same advice: "As the first troubleshooting step, we advise to uninstall and reinstall the phone application My Škoda. To make sure both systems work from a clean slate, please also restart your phone before installing the application again. Apart from that, please complete the following steps in your vehicle's Infotainment system: – from the Main Menu of the Infotainment system, please proceed to "Users" and “Settings”; – choose “Privacy Settings & Manage Services”; – switch over to "Maximum Privacy" mode for approximately 5 minutes, and back to “Share My Position” privacy mode to re-enable all your Connect services. Afterwards, try to initiate Remote Climatization from My Škoda app again." Remote climate seems to be working consistently now, but time will tell.

I think the issue you're describing is the same one that I've experienced. At very low speeds, it feels like the drivetrain locks up for a moment and then it doesn't happen again. I don't hear much of a noise, but I feel the quick shock. It has also only happened to me a handful of times in the last few months. Also a brand new car.
