Whens the next one?

I always see a faded yellow one every day

I will never get rid of mine had it 8 years already and it has been on many Brisky meets, I plan to keep it until I cant afford to repair it anymore, so hopefully this is many many many years time. I find driving across Europe (and Germany) and the keeping to the speed limits the car is very capable of still keeping up and being economical :sun:

I have just spotted something interesting on my car, it appears to slowly leak oil from the filler cap. Do you get this also? if the filler cap well full of oil? Also does anyone who doesnt get this stutter are they able to check if they have oil build up in the filler cap well? It could be that the filler cap on mine is not a tight seal and this has been what has caused the stutter problems. I have my fingers crossed as this would be a cheap fix

If this gets properly organised I could get a few people along.

I have a way of contacting the Skoda Factory, and want to leave a lil bit to organise as would like to see what numbers of people we have going. That way I can use this thread to get some special trips

I thought you didnt book them for Germany, Jason. Shame the Gillywibble Mobile cant make the trip, would have been a great trip with you both there. I got some rearranging myself to do for this trip, but am going to keep my fingers crossed until 23rd so wont make any changes just yet. All I would say is pop to a couple of mortgage advisor and tell them everything and they will let you know what you can afford. Then once you have a figure, look at what houses you can get for that.

Double check the cleaner isn't going to erode the injectors themselves, as I have heard of some Desiel cleaners not reacting very well with the PD injectors.

Can CB radios and 2-way radios pick up each other? Is it as long as they both use the same frequency/channel? Then anyone can get a CB radio and if you don't want the extra arial you can get a 2-way radio.

hmmm well I found some nice walkie talkie, reasonable range, nice cheap price, with a charger unit and long(ish) battery life You can get these from Argos at the moment for £20 http://www.magicboxp...o_way_radio.htm I want the yellow ones But no where has them in stock Anyone recommend others, reasonable battery life, long range, and a form of recharging them? as the prague trip will flatten on each trip.

Sorted 8pm at Dunkirk and because of the hour change thats 9pm back on UK soil. Also I found out from the Lady on the phone that all wee need to give them is the booking reference number to get onto the ferry (as well as passport, your car and yourselves of course)
