I have the same problem with my vRS. It has been into the dealers once but they couldn't find anything and just tightened everything up - which worked for about a day. It will be in for its 30k service in about 3 weeks so I will get them to check again. Interestingly the noise is also accompanied by a small pull to the left. will update as soon as I know anything...

I recommend a litlle fuel light bingo. It keeps the journeys interesting! Why stand at the pump more than you need to? Especially in winter. But then the long lonely cold trudges when the house wins may put you off a little light bingo...

I nearly always go down to 0 miles remaining on the mulitfunction computer thingy. I think it says this when your reach the reserve amount of fuel left. Generally in my RS that is about 8 litres (1.76 gallons) which at 33mpg is around 54 miles - so I definitely re-fuel before then! (well i hope the calculations are right) :drive1: Cheers all...

I've taken the plunge as well, 652i's for the front and my old pair of 6953i's for the rear - any idea's for the parcel shelf as I'd rather not damage the original? How much would a replacement shelf cost, and where would the best place be to get one - as I don't want to shell out
