  1. Thanks TP will be ordering mine tomorrow.
  2. Thanks Tarbat... theres a quote in the attached brochure see P16 which suggests the DSG will be better than the manual. I'm placing my order tomorrow hoping that this is indeed true. Interestingly there are no consumption figures except for Combined and even these don't agree with UK brochure. Are the UK models setup differently? CO2 is different. http://new.skoda-auto.com/SiteCollectionDocuments/Catalogue/Yeti/Yeti_Catalogue_ENG.pdf
  3. About to place my order ... one nagging doubt is the fuel consumption figures quoted in the brochure. Does anyone know if the fuel consumption figures quoted for the 1.2 dsg are correct or has Skoda UK got it wrong? Do the mpg / km/l match figures quoted in other European markets? Anyone know if paddles are available for the Yeti in other markets?
  4. Thanks TP, Jlwah and Shrub Yes those prices have really made me think twice about placing an order with my local dealer  , and what profit there must be in each car....... assuming these prices are genuine.... the option of a fully loaded SM might be attainable......after waiting months to be able to order the dsg ..... also shocked such a new car can be discounted so much over 3k difference with my dealers best quote... may go back to them to see if they can come anywhere close but not expecting much. 3k is not something I can ignore.... will pursue deal through broadspeed... will keep u posted. Don't think residuals will be an issue provided you hang onto your SM for a few years.
  5. Hi all, looking to purchase a new Yeti through www.Broadspeed.com. Pricing on Yeti's in particular 1.2 Elegance DSG looks good.... Any comments? Anyone been through the process?
  6. Good luck with your new SM...... Anyone know of any dealers with demos with sunroof option?

    Aerial?

Saw this on Ebay... may be of use? 1a+ Empfang 3cm Antenne schwarz nur für Skoda Yeti on eBay (end time 17-Nov-09 07:36:31 GMT)
  8. Does anyone know why there seems to be a plastic box riveted to the boot floor on the right side. Looks really cheap and tacky. Only noticed it from underneath while looking at a Yeti today. Had a look at a few more and they all seem to have it....
  9. I testdrove a 2.0TDI with approx 1k mile on clock. So impressed I'm about to order one... Maxidot indicated 42 mpg avg. any idea what sort of finance deals you've heard about. Will these just be to offset the VAT increase?
  10. Have thought of adding silver roof rails, having not seen one in Muscavado with them, also unsure if they are worth the extra £100. Are they just painted or metal as opposed to plastic? so far best price I've managed is £22k but this may change if I change my mind again on options.
  11. Agree, black is so depressing. why not have more trim options available like in Europe.. Thanks everyone for your posts.... Think i'm going to order tomorrow muscavado, gobi sand and panoramic roof provided I can get a good deal. Has anyone managed a discount off list?
  12. Hi all, first time post!!!! Just wondering if anyone has seen a Yeti with Gobi sand and sunroof demo anywhere? Would like to see whether the sunroof is worth having with the lighter interior before placing an order. Test drove 2.0TDICR140 and 1.8TSI have to say 1.8 supersmooth but too thirsty. performance for everyday use didn't feel too different between the two. Very impressed with the 2.0 TDI, much better than my 2.0FSI Octy. Hoping to order 2.0 TDI Elegance with gobi sand asap.. appreciate everyones advice
