car broke down today near Alton on the way back home from Norwich :( recovered back to this dealer for repair, I only use them because they are local only 2 miles away:) Have no problem with the workshop, but one person behind the service desk needs to take a reality check and enroll on a customer service course, I just hope that they are not there tomorrow when I go in. Will update progress as it happens.

Had 120k cam belt service at dealer last year, all in including new water pump cost £692, still cheaper than some makes.
