  1. You might have "speculated", but the FACT is that 8.5x19 ET45 with 225/35/19 WILL fit. ;-)
  2. 8.5x19 ET45 with 225/35/19 is a perfekt fit. My parents run them on their new O3
  3. Thanks "back1980" I might need to contact a german forum for the LHD parts. I suspect the DSG labels are on the authorised on british cars :-)
  4. Can anyone help me with part numbers and prices for some interior parts from an Octavia 5E scout? I need them for my regular Octy, but my dealer won't help without a VIN nr from an actual Octavia Scout with this interior. Im looking for the trim parts with grey faux wood Steering wheel part under airbag: Phone compartment cover in front of gear stick Gear stick surround, DSG: Door trrim/list Thanks
  5. The black interior suits the car very well... Looking forward to more photos.
  6. @ Fabia55 - I put the Headlights in the oven for 7 min, and took apart the headlight :-) Yup I'm running Coilovers - Helper springs and washers out in front, and adjusters out in back. @ ALL (most) Thanks for the nice comments.. I think it has made the car look so much better. Regards Lasse
  7. Nice.. Congratulations on the new car. Love the Superb Combi... I tried a 2.0 170 CR DSG when they first came out, and I just knew that the Superb Combi would be one of my future cars. How is the ride so far? And what interior did you choose? Regards Lasse
  8. Just a photo of my latest Fabia modification. Hope you like it. My old photo posts: Fall Fabia A little Fabia Photo Shoot Best regards Oxboll
  9. @ bingo765 1 2 (almost the same) 3 Black's a biX*h to get right Hope this helps Oxboll
  10. I don't see why people are hating so much on the new RS... I kinda like it and think it's a car with lots of potential. My vision of the new RS: Original vs. my vision Green Blue Red Grey
  11. I'm running Coilovers - Helper springs and washers out in front, and adjusters out in back. It handles like a little gokart :-)
  12. Thanks for all the nice comments. Glad you like it. @ simbo99: I was standing on a pile of huge wood-logs :-) - no climbing threes for me. @ TorqueXIsXCheap: The stance has been causing me quite some headache. A Fabia just WANTS to look as if its on stilts!!! But I cracked it!! @ craig0031: I use winter tires because i drive 31000 miles + every year, and in Denmark half of those miles can be in subzero temperatures or on cold wet and slippery roads. And i don't want to get stuck on an exit ramp just because we got an inch of snow!!! @ Jim H: I use my standard 16" ATRIA alloys for winter wrapped in Hankook W300 205/45 R16 83H. An excellent winter tire.
  13. Last set of pictures before changing to winter tires. Let me know what you think.... Enjoy Unfortunately flickr has compressed the photos in kinda harsh way!!!
  14. Here is your photoshop - didn't know the color of your car so here is some different variations.
  15. Hey! Just snapped a couple of photos of the car earlier today... They are a bit grainy though because I didn't have enough light.. Hope you like em... Regards Oxboll
  16. In my taste it should just be the standard chrome parts made black... My Fabia: Or maybe just a little chrome on the plastic grill Quick BAD Photoshop: Regards Oxboll
  17. Nice Photoshop skills, but IMO the grill doesn't suit the elegant lines of the Superb... A bit vulgar I think... its not a Hummer :-) Try a matte black grill... it looks really nice on a white car
  18. No problems with 18" wheels on a Fabia II, as long as you run the right offset: I run this setup: Rims: RONDELL DESIGN 0049 - MAT BLACK - 8X18inch 5X100 ET 35 Tires: Falken FK-452 tires - 215/35 ZR18 84Y Suspension: Stock with 40mm H&R Springs Posts with pictures of the car: Click Click Even with FULLY loade trunk it doesn't hit the wells or arches:
  19. I took it all off... It was very easy, just takes some brute force :-) And afterwards I found this Guide ... Scroll down to page 2. When the grille is out, you can snap off the chrome part... Just be very careful about the snaps at the tops at both sides.. they break VERY easy... had to glue mine back in. Could have saved me half an hour of bad nerves trying to tear it all apart... Hehe... But no worries. A replacement chrome part is quite cheap (circa £9.6 ) The part number is: 5J0 853 607 Good luck
  20. My "modded" Fabia: Car: Skoda Fabia 2 Model: Sport Year: 2008 Engine: 1.4 TDI Color: Tangerine Orange Rims: RONDELL DESIGN 0049 - MAT BLACK - 8X18inch 5X100 ET 35 Tires: Falken FK-452 tires - 215/35 ZR18 84Y Suspension: Stock with 40mm H&R Springs Other: Tinted windows, Climatronic, Extra speakers
  21. Hey guys, Just wanted to post a couple of photos of my Fabia with the blacked out grill... I think it looks good on the car... It's just the original grill wrapped in matte black vinyl. It took 3 people and a hairdryer to perform the task but i think it turned out okay. / Oxboll
  22. The picture you are showing in your post is probably a Skoda press photo, and therefore the car is quite lower than the ones they sell you and I... They do this to make the car look better - because a stock Fabia looks as if its on stilts.. I've seen several Skoda press photos, and they all have the "right" hight compared to the real ones.
  23. ET 35 will not be a problem... I'm running 18" ET 35, with a 40mm drop in my Fabia 2. Have not rubbed a single time..
