I have no qualms with using the handbrake, it's all I've ever known. I just thought it would have been present given the DSG but it's not the end of the world by any means! Thanks chaps.

I did have a look but I couldn't see it. It wouldn't have made any difference as I ordered a Blackline so couldn't add any extra spec, was just curious whether the DSG would have it or not.

I've searched high and low and can't seem to get a definitive answer but does the vRS DSG come with hill assist / hill hold control? And if not, how do people go about setting off on a steep incline - treat it like a manual almost and use the handbrake?

Hulkster if your getting yours on PCP then I don't see why you shouldn't be getting 7.3% also. Ask a question of the dealer before you sign.

My gut instinct is that the Amundsen+ is probably not fitted with the bluetooth module, rather than it not being activated. Still, it'll be worth exploring with the dealer and if not phsroberts has just posted a very reasonable alternative ^^.
