Does anybody have CCTV in their home looking directly over their car, or camera's within their car? Typically, the day I'm going to pick up the new car mine, my partner's and next door's Fabia have all been keyed overnight at some point and I'll be fuming if the new car suffers the same fate. I am loathed to leave it out on the street but we don't have a driveway or garage. I'm going to ask my next door neighbour on the other side, whether I could use his driveway/piece of random land but it isn't paticularly well lit and I'm wondering whether I'm asking for more trouble parking it out of the way in the pitch black as opposed to the street. So I'm looking for something really to hook up either inside the car or overlooking it, does anybody run anything similar?

Governments can't interfere with sport otherwise FIFA throw a hissy and ban teams from competitions. It happened with Egypt last year I think.

They should be banned. It's dead simple. They've got previous for this sort of behaviour, so what deterrent is another fine? Horrible *****.

George, you're just starting to sound really bitter (and very much out of touch) about the whole thing and I'm not sure why? Accept the decision and stop trying to dig up random and utterly irrelevant information about films/books that his mother wrote to try and find justification for your continued strong feeling towards Gary and now his family.

Car PCPs - Anyone on one or have used one?

Property goes up. It may have its peaks and troughs but generally you're never going to lose out as long as you can genuinely afford it in the first place. I don't work in finance! But I'm on a PCP and it works for me. It's trouble free motoring. Tax, fuel and insurance is all I have to add. If it affords me the opportunity to change every 3 years then so be it. I'm not saying that's not possible with other forms of finance but it's convenient and I think that's why it's popular. With all ways of buying a car there are ultimately pro's and con's. What works for my family, might not work for the family next door. I think we should be grateful in some respects we've got the options afforded to us to purchase/lease new cars. -

If it appreciates, buy it. If it depreciates, lease it. -

Look nice pal. Where did you order from? -
We're finding on the Octavia Blackline thread that the RNS315 is coming with Bluetooth but that it just needs a activating via VCDS. Not sure if that's the case with the Fabia. Don't see why not given they're exactly the same head unit.

It's in the head unit. It just needs activating via VCDS. Don't let the dealer charge you for installing Bluetooth when it's already present. -

Good luck. Still can't bring myself to even think about dismantling the dash of a brand new car. Wuss :peek: -
