That's good to know. I'd been happily using the Obd11 apps thinking that was the safer option than messing around myself! Luckily no issues from the minor changes I've done so far (on 3 cars!)

I've got Vredestein Quatrac Pro 235/45/18. Have been happy with them so far in wet and wintry conditions (just fitted in Jan). Currently £155 on black circles, which seems a bit steep but not much choice in all season tyres in stock. Symmetrical as well if you rotate tyres / use a full size spare. Car is 2018 SEL 20TDI 190 4x4 if that helps.

Hi, can I ask why you recommend the springs first? Was thinking of going straight to upgraded dampers as not bothered about cosmetic benefits of lowering, keen to keep ride height and possibly more insurance friendly (thinking special active or B6). My car isn't a sport line. Thanks!

Sold Have come off a Octavia III vRS Estate 2014 (pre face-lift) Rear windows, estate windows and rear windscreen. Premium fine mesh laitovo blinds. Good condition. The rear windscreen has never been used still in packaging. The others have been used but no rips or marks. Non smoking pet free car. With instructions. Clips are included. The laitovo ones were a bit rubbish so I've used some sturdier ones as well. For the rear windows laitovo recommend 4 clips on each side, I have a total of 7 (a mix of upgraded and original) but used 3 on each side for 2 years or so with no issues at all. If required laitovo spare clip set is €10. The set cost Cost €167 new and can be difficult to find in stock. £Sold . Ideally collection from Sedgefield, County Durham TS21. Would consider courier with P&P on top. Got them for our baby now toddler but the car has been mechanically written off hence for sale. Very effective for sun, privacy and keeping the car cool. I used mine on top of sunset privacy glass. Thanks for looking.
