Mine does according to the manual, its the 1.9TDi 105PD. Never had the light came on though, mainly cause i do motorway miles.

If you find out how to do it let me know, would be interested. It's a big shame they didnt put a 6 speed in to begin with. long gear ratios with the short diesel power band is not good

Does any one know if the ibiza 160 intake fits onto the mk2 fabia 105PD engine. Presuming it will do but would like to hear if anyone has had it fit in practise before i buy. Pic's are welcome. Thanks.

Thanks mate, how hard is to fit, just cause on my car there is a whole load of junk over the offside strut, besdies where u're coolant level is. Want to tighten the front chasis up abit beofore gettin a remap, was finking leaving the front ARB gettin this strut brace, then on the back a whiteline RARB. That sound like a good combo?

The dealer told me its 170 for sure like, which fits in nicely below the 180hp of the ibiza cupra aswell. and i'm not saying its not good the DSG. Lightning fast changes etc sound canny, but ffs throw in a manual option for people that like driving with a clutch.

Just got back from my skoda dealership, dunno what people know already but have been informed that july time the fabia vrs will be released with the 1.4 TFSi (170bhp) with the 7sp DSG only. No info as to a oil burner as of yet.

i was hoping not to spend 50 odd quid just to find out tho lol, if it is same chassis as the old fabia and supposedly a RARB that fits the old fabia should fit this one. Doesnt look like ther is much space to fit though, mite just uprate the front ARB. will see.

Hi, pic's of me HID's plus LED sidelights compared to old halogens, fogs are left as standard. Hope you like. Halogens HID's Hard to see the different but are much much better, these are the 6000k temp before anyone asks, sidelights look good aswell but can't realy see them on these.

Hopefully it will look good when i get round to buying some springs then, and let is know about the mud flaps, dont like the look of the normally but if it helps keep the mud away. Unfortunately i am fully aware of the legality of HID kits, but i do use the responsibly and have had them in a previous car. Plus they look badass lol.

In this case, i know awesome-gti.com do mats tailored for the fabia. cost about 40-50 bob but if they fit right they might be good.

Sorry to hear, mine have only done about 100miles from new lol, but would be good to hear what others experience with them. They look solid enough though.

Hi, Does the pd160 intake job work on a fabia mk2? with the PD105 engine, if anybody knows anthing let me know cheers.

Have ordered my HID kit as well as LED sidelights, will post pic's as soon as fitted. Also managed to do a top speed test on a private road i like to call the A1, got 120 going downhill which was fun.

Today i took the bump strips off, didnt clean it but will get round to that later, was very easy just boiling water and they pull off easy and most of the sticky stuff comes off with the strip. I also fitted a drop-in K&N air filter which was just as easy to fit, 2 screws and the airbox is open. Coments on the suspension would be appreciated as these pictures of the wheels show it on level ground, and hopefully with out the lowered suspension already. Thanks.

Hi, eventually i have now got my lovely car. Hopefully this works for the pictures, cheers for the info on the RARB, will have a think about gettin one. Just makes me think what else is interchangable between the mk1 fabia. If any one know whats the deal with the headlights aswell would be a big help, as it looks as though its one bulb for dipped and main beam, cause i want HID's asap in the projectors. Thanks.

Thanks for the info, so the whiteline RARB is fitted to a mk2 fabia, just cause i havent been able to find one, if so where was it purchased and for how much? Also if the standard car had a RARB i would like to know thanks. Think am gona stick to revo tho just cause its me mechanic that deals with revo and he does all me other work very cheap so i like to stay loyal. Unfortunately the bank is still pi*sing me about, but as soon as i get the car the pictures will be up people.

Cheers for the info, do you know if the bit that goes below and around the grill itself comes off easy, as mine is chrome for that bit aswell. Has that whole grill been painted black also? Not sure if matt black or a metallic black would look best on my car, the body is black also. Thanks.

Aye will get pics up probly the day i pic it up. Its on an 08 plate, i had notice it was an option for the lower suspension but dont think it has it or at least its still to high for me, its like its on stilts. Negative on the white roof like, not sure which i would have prefered myself but it looks good in all black, might have a look round the showroom when a pick mine up to see if theres any with whiteroof and black body. Think am painting the chrome grill black quite soon after a get it which should look good also.

Areet mate, was woundering where you seen the fabia with the Eibachs, thinking of getting the springs and would to love to see a car with them on like. Can't seem to find much for lowered mk2's.
