like Matt, I'm struggling to think of a replacement that would do any of what the fabia does better. it really is a fantastic all rounder. I run a hybrid as a daily too, no worries from me with regards to real world driving, but then, I dont sit bellow 2k RPM much.... (till it's warm obviously)

Unit 18 for me too, like Matt, I've had nothing but good experiences with Ali and the team. a handful of seriously high power fabias have come out of there too, such as luke's (xaosx)

I did mine in carbon last year for a bit whilst I waitedf to repaint it, looked ok, was a bugger to do! my only helpful suggestion would be to make sure you do it from the middle out, or you'll get and overlap and stretch.
