  1. @Warcelloooo I have sent firmware to you via PM
  2. Yes send me images of what you see on your screen, and also if you can, what contents your SD Card contain (picture) You can do this by Private Message. Yes I can send you 0480 version
  3. Thanks George, I did clock the name in the feed 🤝 @haloween1 Awaiting to see if this engine code is DGTE, in which case it will be 210,000km change, as it's a CR Diesel engine code.
  4. It might be DGTE engine code? Check your V5 (unless those scrabble letters came from there?) If not PM a VIN and I can look if possible what you have.
  5. My guess was close then. release = "MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3343" MUVersion = "1433" SupportedTrains = "MHI2_ER_SKG11_P2104*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_S2104*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_K2129*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_S2129*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_P3260*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_P3304*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_P3325*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3330*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3333*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3343*" I will send you the above release, you will jump up quite a bit in version number (normal)
  6. You have probably seen the thread with guide here...
  7. @mshere As mentioned by others, Halfords have lost the plot. If you now have an AGM, make sure you have the fabric cover (fibreglass heatshield) to stop the AGM getting damaged by heat. We did have a user here a few months back, who had his battery adapted in as 7, not 70Ah, so having the value lower in your case will mean it stop charging prematurely. https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/510017-another-stopstart-fiasco/ Follow what @nta16 has put about finding a local person with VCDS and get it adapted as soon as you can, along with making sure it has the fabric heat shield ASAP.
  8. It's for your car radio firmware, as you asked about updating it.
  9. Press and hold the Menu/Setup button for 10 seconds. This will enter you into the engineering menu, locate "Software Train" and post picture back. Here's an example MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3343
  10. Working on pyrotechnic components: Working on pyrotechnic components: Check whether the airbag warning lamp lights up or flashes. If the airbag warning lamp lights up or flashes, the event memory must be read. If there is an entry in the event memory, always follow the Guided Fault Finding instructions ⇒ diagnostic tester. If the airbag warning lamp does not light up or flash, or if there is no event memory entry with “Shorted to positive”: Switch off the ignition, keep the ignition key outside the vehicle and wait 10 seconds. Working on the airbag control unit - J234: During work on the airbag control unit - J234, the battery's earth strap must be disconnected while the ignition is switched on. Then cover the negative terminal. After disconnecting the battery, you need to wait for 10 seconds. The battery must be connected with the ignition SWITCHED ON. When this is done, nobody must be inside the vehicle. Exception: vehicles with the battery in the passenger compartment. Stay out of the effective range of the airbags and seat belts. Wash your hands after touching ignited pyrotechnic components of the restraint system. Pyrotechnic components may not be opened nor repaired; always use new parts only (risk of injury). Pyrotechnic components, which have fallen down on to a hard surface or show signs of damage, may not be installed any more. Before handling pyrotechnic components of the restraint system, e.g. when disconnecting the electrical connector, the mechanic must perform an electrostatic discharge. This electrostatic discharge is achieved by touching earthed metal parts, e.g. by briefly touching the door lock. The installation of pyrotechnic components must be performed directly after removing them from the transport container. If work is interrupted, the pyrotechnic component must be placed back in the transport container. It is not permitted to leave the pyrotechnic component on the ground without supervision. Pyrotechnic components must not be treated with grease, cleaners or similar agents. Pyrotechnic components must not even be temporarily exposed to temperatures exceeding 100 °C. Please refer to the special instructions on driver and front passenger airbags in the Workshop Manual for the vehicle model. This appears everytime you open ODIS Diagnostic, should be sufficient
  11. Yes, me or Pab567 via PM. I will send you this now.
  12. Yes, but not without a crystal ball. Press and hold the Menu/Setup button for 10 seconds, post back image or details. Looking for Software Train value.
  13. @Jochen You have PM @DanielMikel Still 0480, nothing new seen
  14. USB port/cable or some nuts phone issue.
  15. @Mitcho @joek666 I will send you links to 0480 version of firmware
  16. No, 0253 is still current latest 02xx version
  17. 0369 is current version for your Software Train
  18. I am sorry I answered a question, never again 😧
  19. What @fr1nklyn said, if you have an EPB, the motor has to spin say a 40:1 ratio (sorry a guess, no actual idea) and if you try to reverse this process, it can strip the threads on the worm screw or something like that.
  20. @paperbrd @adikovec You both have PM's for 0480 version
  21. Still not seen anything, and odds are low of an update I'm afraid to say.
  22. If it ever works long enough, you need to hold down the Menu or Setup button for 10 seconds to enter the engineering menu, and then provide a picture of the "Software Train" if possible. Should it be that unstable, you might be able to remove radio and look at the top label, and take a picture. Speaking of pictures, do you have one of the whole unit from the front?
  23. @musiallukasz @techillin @Marius86 You all have PM for 8755 version
  24. Yes I can send you 0490
  25. @RaoulE & @myxw0rld Check your PM's in next few minutes.
