  1. This is what is involved
  2. Private message sent
  3. They are OK AFAIK. But the site is slow like ancient dialup Internet.
  4. You need to narrow this request down, press and hold Menu/Setup button for 10 seconds, then you should be in engineering mode. Look around menus for Software Train, take down these values or a picture. I cannot do anything until you bring this information.
  5. You can update to 0480, but don't expect it to magic things to appear. It cannot add Nav to a unit that does not even have Nav button and all the physical parts missing.
  6. Does seem that the codes have left the system, you need a dealer or possibly an independant workshop with online access. It then in theory can feed in the codes needed to re-activate the factory issued codes.
  7. Forgot to say, did experiment before about formatting of cards, the free space on an SD Card will vary depending on format used IIRC "exFAT" gave more free space than "FAT32" or "NTFS"
  8. You maybe able to remove a language from the package, if not you might need a slightly different manufacturer card?
  9. Have you tried a factory reset? Next could be a fault in GPS aerial/wiring (can you see any satellite detail?)
  10. Hopefully he will reply soon, I have firmware here for when you need to load it.
  11. The update is your decision, I can provide file and some instructions.
  12. This is not normal behaviour, these should work regardless of map updates. You have either a software fault or a hardware fault in your system, so the firmware update could rule out a bad software.
  13. Skoda won't send you a firmware on that web portal. The above named file is available from me if you want, and you can see the update is support on your radio via the SupportedTrains tab Let me know if you want me to PM you a link and some instructions. release = "MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3343" MUVersion = "1433" <SNIP> SupportedTrains = "MHI2_ER_SKG11_P2104*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_S2104*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_K2129*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_S2129*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_P3260*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_P3304*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_P3325*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3330*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3333*,MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3343*"
  14. @Serialski If you have carplay activation by factory/dealer then it will be available after the update. If you updated by other means, then you will need to apply patch again. I think you will also be stuck using USB for phone link, and Wireless will not work. And I recommend you stick with the 0369 update I will send you, forget about swapping to 04xx version.
  15. If they faked the CID - Card ID for Skoda/SEAT/VW then the system won't know and it will pass "security" and load.
  16. I have sent you a link to 0480 firmware, it might help. It will rule out a hardware fault.
  17. Most likely this is the fault code B201A
  18. I shall send you a link to update this to 0412
  19. varooom replied to daddio65's topic in Hellos and Goodbyes
    That's doing a "Blue Peter" "here's one I made earlier" 😉
  20. From me, main post here for detail
  21. Sorry cannot find an update for that Software Train.
  22. @pab567 this sounds like hardware, and you will probably know the answer.
  23. You have a PM to read from your other post, good luck with update.
