Well that's what most of the reviews seems to say. Skoda's are certainly better value for money...but not very exciting cars to drive. I dont know what they mean by exciting. I havent had a VRS models...but i am sure they are very exciting to drive.

Did you get Boot Nets ?

When did you order your car ? Reason i ask is you said mats in boot, some people in this forum said that boot mats had to be back ordered.

Have you made any changes to your order after you placed it ? Reason i ask, i ordered my car after you have ordered and i have an earlier build week (Not that i am complaining) than yours. Other reason i can only think is that yours is petrol mine diesel.

Have you checked what version maps have you got on the SD card. I have seen a site on this forum which allows the maps to be upgraded.

What format is that ?

Stupid Question. Will there be album art work displayed on Amundsen unit when using SD Card or a USB ?

Did you managed to get Amundsen unit to play random mix of songs from the albums on your sd card ?

I know. I am being too optimistic here. But Worth a try i think!!!! My dealer service is not great at all. He always promises me to call back but never do. I am still waiting for him to confirm my exact build date and if i am allowed to make any changes to my order.

Can customers who missed on these request SUK to retro-fit them ?

If it is no cost why cant they just include it as standard . Don't understand this ? My Car built week is 26, i will be losing out on this ? I guess.

Will wait for dealer to come back on Monday. I doubt if they are going to change the order.

Congrats .... Car looks great. Do you have to ask for SD card with Maps when you went to take delivery ? And did you get nets in boot ?

Dealer informed me that Skoda systems are down and will call me back on Monday. He thinks the build week for my car is 26 (Which is in 3 weeks time) but cant confirm as the systems are down . He will check with factory on Monday.

Ah ! I want to do the same. Dealer offered me Auto Glym for free which is worth £300 , reviews on this forum, online and colleagues at work are not that great for auto glym. So, want to change that to Canton Sound System by paying extra £100.

That's good service from your dealer. I placed my order on 20th May and i want to make some changes to order. Dealer advised me that he need to check with Skoda factory if it is possible, but hasn't come back to me yet. He said that it will be only possible if order hasn't got build date.

Found this website (http://www.trackmyskoda.co.uk/) that says it can track orders. Haven't checked it my-self, going to call dealer for order number, but if any-one of you here has got order number, it is worth checking. Website does say that it is IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CUSTOMERS ordering from vision Skoda Fleet (Business Sales), Rainworth Skoda (Nottinghamshire) & Bickerton Skoda (South Yorkshire)
