I read somewhere recently that all Skoda cars ordered before the end of September and delivered after the increase would only have to pay 17.5% VAT - Skoda picking up the difference. Graham

I ordered my Superb 1.8TSI DSG Elegance Hatch in silver on the 15th July and have so far resisted the urge to ask my Dealer for information on Build date etc. although I was originally told to expect a wait of 14 weeks. Having read the postings on this Site I think I will await the telephone call telling me that the car has arrived. Considering the extensive features list on the UK spec. Elegance, the only options ordered were spare wheel and floor mats. Graham
