  1. Right, some of you guys may remember me from my old VRS I had, then sold to buy 1x pulsar and 1 x 1.4 fabia lol! Right 1.4 fabia has done about 20k problem free . . Until . . Last night driving home the eml popped on. Car was still running fine. Sometimes the car will cut out if I try and drive the car within the first few seconds of it starting (done this for a while though) not sure if that's related? Thank you all
  2. Pardon? An allard egr delete pipe? There is no delete 'pipe' just simple the OE pipe snapped to make way for the delete plate
  3. The car is going back to standard so there could be an egr delete kit plate+fitting kit if someone has an intact pipe . .
  4. After having the egr delete fitted by a supposdly competant mechanic I am now left picking up the pieces. He has blanked off the egr valve using a blanking plate. But he has snapped the pipe that leads to it? Anyone know where/how I can get one? What it's called? Fancy selling me one?! Thanks
  5. Right my beloved VRS up for sale Black magic 55 plate BLT engine VRS. One of the very few with ESP. 101000 miles on the clock Full service history, including cambelt at 60k Has just had its 100000 miles service at skoda, including air filter, and brand new dogbone mount. No dents or anythinng around the car. I have kept it immaculate, buyers will see this on viewing, it is regularly washed and machine polished. 2 new front tyres covered about 10 miles at the moment The cars mot runs out end of april, so will come with 13months MOT 4 months tax Garrett PD130 turbo fitted recently as i took the PD150 turbo off, Car was never mapped or anything, fitted the 150 becuase it is alot stronger, BUT having the larger turbo also creates alot more lag on a standard map. I have pictures of the GarrettPD130 turbo before it went on, and had covered 18000 miles when it was taken off (bought off skodaboy on here) 2 owners including myself, and every bit of paper work, service book etc. Feel free to call or text on 07845274681 Tom

  7. You can just scotch the chrome down. Just needs to been roughed up so the primer can stick to it

  9. Would have always thought forge as that is a performance item while the seat sport one isn't. It doesn't seem to make much difference. Although haven't a few of the seat owners running big power blown holes in the seat ibtercoolers?
  10. get it wrapped matte black. THat would look AMAZING When i see cars with all those graphics on it automatically reminds me of some kinda marketing. Oh and Ad lav pretty sure i saw your driving past mercedes in tonbridge at about 7.45am the other week!
  11. pros-60mpg, cant go wrong. look good, nice interior, simple, nippy little car! map gets good gains cons-fairly high maintance (compared to petrol), vag prices, lots of irritating common faults (leaky doors,turbos, generally problems with cheaply made parts). Getting power over a map reliably is ££££££££££££ But i am very into 'modding' So am thinking of going back to a vaux just for the fact you get a lot more for money power wise. And dont need a diesel any more to be honest. cracking car, still love mine to bits.

  13. I currently have a pd150 turbo on a standard map and there is more lag. tge normal turbo starts to boost around 1.8k while the 150 starts at around 2.1k I am also selling my car at the . . .
  14. Wja where are you based and would you do the mechanics your self? I would put it back to standard doing an exchange on tge modded parts.
