2nd hand brake parts from e-bay, er no thanks...
Well my current brakes are used from Ebay, no doubt many others on here have done the same...

Just spotted these on Ebay...
Quite a bit bigger than the LCR Brembos. Also I can't see them fitting under 17" wheels
What do people think?

That Fabia must be a nightmare to keep clean in an agricultural environment, espechially those seats?
Mine certainly is and I've got black leather!
I'm not a fan of Fabia widemouth conversions, but yours does look good IMO

Bridgestone Turanza ER300's are very impressive IMO!

It will make it harder to sell. My vRS had a large rip in the drivers seat (amongst other defects), the seller was having trouble shifting it and I got the car very cheap as a result.
I have since has a re-trim in leather and sold all the original seat covers (I still have one front seat base left)
Try and sew it up if you can, it will help a bit. Otherwise try and get a used replacement cover on here or Ebay.

Well I've taken the first step towards getting this done... Ordered a stainless top boost pipe from vRS Dovit!
From what I have read so far on here and SeatCupra.net I'll be using the SS

Hello Briskodians,
Basically I'm hoping to get a Turbo Dynamics hybrid PD150 (MD376) for my Fabia and will therefore need a FMIC as well as the other modifications.
I am wondering which FMIC to go for and would appreciate users thoughts on which system is better?
The SS FMIC will work out about £150 cheaper than the Forge system but will require more work (labour charges) to make it fit. I won't be fitting either system myself.
I believe Jabbasport do a Pro Alloy FMIC, which I know very little about.
Even if I decide not to go down the MD376 route then a FMIC will still be beneficial to my car. Its mapped to 170 & 300 and a few other bits and bobs.

You won't noramlly be able to get a good re-map for £250, so go for the Shark GB while you can IMO.

I never really noticed a difference with mine until my vRS met an empty A82 beside Loch Lomond, God it was good fun!
Mines on the middle setting, but not for much longer!

£3400 aint that cheap considering the miles IMO. Try to haggle down to £3000
It ought to be on its third cambelt by now with that sort of miles.

Try and make one. I purchased one and have felt like a victim of crime ever since! I wish I had just bought a cone filter or made my own intake instead.

Looks really good, I'm jealous.
I'm half tempted to get an armrest, but it would have to be re-trimmed by the Seat Surgeons to match my seats - Expensive!

I am hoping to go down the FMIC route fairly soon. I was planning on using the Seat Sport version with the Forge Fitting kit. I expect the parts for this to cost £500.
This full Forge kit seems pretty cheap (assuming it includes VAT). For me it would be the better option as it avoids chopping to fit. It's £576.06.
