  1. This is simply what I was told to do.
  2. You can buy generic maps which run them at 208bhp, but I wouldn't want to strain it that much after blowing ip my original turbo.
  3. Its was £650 for the turbo and £40 for the pipe (exc vat) I't does just bolt straight on, didn't fit it myself tho.
  4. I just got a garret pd160 turbo from darkside along with a braided oil return pipe and gaskets. Still running the turbo in but already feels good. The pd160 turbo is suppose to be less laggy than the pd150. I am also on a "stage one" map, seeing as the pd160 turbo is designed to run at 160bhp I would imagine it is hardly under any strain.
  5. They usually do that when there out of stock.
  6. I have used standard halfrauds lacquer before, just left it to dry properly for about a week and it was fine.
  7. Don't think theh have to honour it by law, but as they have already taken payment I don't know where we stand? http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20061030074513AAG19Yg

  12. Doesn't look too bad, i thing the cai looks a bit bodge with the cable tie. Would say the standard box with pd160 intake looks better.
  13. Have you got more info on the washer jets? Look good!
  14. http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/content.asp?inc=product&cat=&product=FMTHI130D Is it normal for the pipe to have a wobbly connection? my 'o' ring is in good condition and the metal clip seems fine but the connection feels almost loose?
  15. Damp a mf cloth with some apc and gently rub it.
  16. Slightly off topic but what is air like handling wise? Just imagine it would be cap round a track?
