    Yup. Small gaps in the underside of the door to let water back out.
    and yeah, the plastic sheeting behind the door card is the membrane. The water in your pic is suspiciously close to the door speaker, so if that fiddled with or changed at some point odds are it wasnt 100% sealed before the door was put back together.

    Just at the start of the floor pan.
    reckon its that one resonating at particularly low engine engine vibration

    So i just went and swapped the fuse which was fine, with no lighter function,
    then was blown yesterday... for a new 15amp, and it works...
     
    WTF.... anyways, im not complaining, can charge fones and headlights on the move again :clap:
