I bought a superb 170 diesel, I picked it up on the 26th of April. Last week I noticed that noise you describe quite accurately and I got quite concerned about it, I was thinking of going back to the dealers this week. That is until I stumbled in to this thread! Hi everyone I changed the standard daytime running bulbs on my 2012 superb for sum LED's from Ebay (as discussed in plenty of other topics here) and I'm really pleased with the results. Would anyone of you happen to know if it's possible to keep the daytime running lights together with the dipped beams? It seems that the default is that as soon as the headlights turn on as it gets dark the daytime running lights turn off automatically. I ordered my Hatch Elegance L+K 2.0 170 Manuel in steel grey at the end of February, I collected it on Thursday the 26th. I love my car, and the London and K package is really good value for money! Hi I had the same concerns as I have similar production date. However Skoda UK have confirmed to me that there will be no changes to the Superb at all. If that is anything to go by......

Hi I just bought my first skoda - a superb. My desicion was largely based on the feeling that Skoda has come out of their "old time zone" and are nowdays regarded as a rerspectfull VW associated car manufecturer. It is the vital for the future expansion of the company that the public and potential customers should get convinced into this feeling. Skoda PR people know that, and this the reason for the rebranding of the badge. Already existing Skoda customers, including virtualy all the posters on this forum would not like the comany's disassociation from the past, but this is precisly what they are trying to convey to the wider public. Hi every body. I recently ordered my first skoda, [Actually my first car at all!] I ordered a Superb Hatchback L+K and I added most of the options. Not the solar sunroof!. I was told that the estimated delivery is for May 2012, However after seeing mentioned in sum of the forums here that there will be sum minor changes from production week 22 (which works out in the begining of June) I'am starting to think weather I should ask the dealer to delay the production of my car by a month. Will anyone on this forum know if it is possible to get skoda to delay the production if the customer wishes so? And does any one know more info about those upcoming changes, as the dealers that I asked could not confirm any such information. Should I wait if I can get them to do it for me? I geuss its not much difference waiting another month. Please say something if you know something! Liebel
