2016 L&K, started car last night and the main screen for radio, media, satnav etc was totally blank, I could still hear the radio or media but totally blank screen. Left car for a while then restarted it and everything was fine? Any advice appreciated.

They said they think the Adblue had 'crystalised/hardened' and may have blocked DPF and damaged the engine? I didn't ask for a cost as it's got to be done and I do trust this garage. My 2016 L&K has done approx 50, 000mls, can I check on line to see if it's had a DSG gearbox service from previous owner? Don't really want to contact local dealership as I don't trust them. Should I just book it into local independent VW/Skoda garage for service? Any rough idea of cost?
