It's a wonderful sight to see π This flew over recently, although a little beyond the reach of my camera. Certainly more audible than visible.

Best I could manage of this morning's Solar Eclipseππ I stacked a Polarising filter with an ND8 and used a shutter speed of 1\16000 (my camera only has a min aperture of f8, so not ideal). I'll need better a better ND filter next time!

Anyone remapped a 1.5TSi to imporove driveability?
This might be a option - certainly improved driveability of my 2023 manual 1.5 TSi Carista

I can only second the Lumix suggestion(s) above π I currently have both a TZ70 (1/2.3" sensor compact camera) and FZ1000 (1" sensor bridge camera).

2023 Karoq, Selling after 10 months.
The Superb looks lovely - hope it serves you wellπ Strangely the Karoq seats haven't caused us any particular concern, although I'm with you on the torsion beam rear end. Having previously owned a number of Skoda's, including 4 Yeti's (and numerous Octavia's and Roomsters) this Karoq is by far the least satisfying Skoda I have owned thus far. The main redeeming feature of my current car is as a March 23 it doesn't feature lane keeping assist, or any of the more intrusive supposed driver 'aids'. I considered swapping to a 2.0 TSi Karoq but would object to the VED payable year 2-5.

Spotted our first Lambs last night - had a drive out to watch the sunset and drink a hot chocolate from a lay-by...... Lovely Crepuscular Rays before sunset although my phone didn't do a great job of capturing them.

After being awake from 3:30am and failing to spot the Lunar Eclipse I was driving along at 18:30 and there was a Red Moon! Unfortunately didn't have my camera with me so just a phone π€³

Tried a few different spots but too cloudy unfortunately. The Moon put in a very brief appearance but not much to see sadlyβΉοΈ On the plus side I got to watch the sunrise and listen to the dawn chorus π¦π
