For sale TMC adjustable tuning box (orange) for the 180bhp 1.4tsi twin charged engine. One user. Really loved the performance gains and ease of removal of the tuning box. Upto 40bhp and 60NM increase over stock. Looking for offers around £275 Thanks for looking.

I've got my first service coming up and need to book it in somewhere as I was given a 3 year plan with my finance package. But there are a couple of skoda dealers near me (whitchurch, North Shropshire) but wouldn't take my car to either of them. I was wondering if anyone had any experience of any dealerships carrying out services in and around where I'm based. SY13 Thanks

VRS - Smoke out of the exhaust under acceleration
Dexter619 replied to Ally_bassman's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk II (2007-2014)
Mine does the same mate I've seen it in the rear view when the sun has been out or following it. Added to by running a de-cat -

Anyone interested in 4 Wolfrace Asia Tec alloys? 15" 15x6.5J Good condition (with some surface scratching and blemishes - but can see these being able to polish out mostly). I don't personally have these with me at the moment but if I have anyone interested I'll personally have a look at getting them in as top condition as I possibly can. Wrapped with brand new firestone firehawk 195/50/15 tyres. Open to offers

There have been a few Audi A1 boxes too.. same engine can use same box
-
Has to be pre-facelift
-
And regarding sooty exhaust.. and due to the Milltek being a 1 into 2, it soots up the left tip only
-
And some blue Osram repeaters

Hi guys Not got this personally but in email contact with a guy selling an EVO1 (pre-facelift) fabia mk2 Super2000 rally car bonnet. Price quoted to me so far has been €250 which would be a steal if in good condition. Not got any further myself due to the fact it won't fit my facelifted fab! Let me know if you are interested and i'll pass the email address on. Cheers!

Hot wings after a long drive....
Dexter619 replied to Steevie Wonder's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk II (2007-2014)
I know when I touch the wings adjacent to the bonnet, its rather warm/ hot to the touch at times, but just the temperature out of the bay. Not sure about the bay temperatures compared from a monte and a vrs mind. Hope its "normal" and nothing damaged causing it! -

Well it's that time of year again.. well time for the winter preparation and protection! So I thought i'd add some more pictures of this weekend so far. Apologies for the low res pictures.. Can't wait to get a decent camera in the future. There are always too many discounts and offers on new products even though I hardly use the shelf full I have now! Started off with Valet Pro PH Neutral Snow Foam, followed by a full car spray of Wax Tec Fallout V2, followed by a further rinse and snow foam. Then with another new purchase of the Carbon Collective Wooly Mitt and some very foamy and slick DD-Lave Shampoo I gave it a once over. Dried with Lucas Oils Slick Mist and the Wooly Mammoth Drying Towel Cleaned the bay with Wax Tec Clean All APC and Wax Tec Final Shine Pretty clean after these steps And love this colour..! Started to prepare for action with the Meguiars DA G220v2 A shot after going over the whole car with Gtechniq P1 using the DA Tomorrows tasks are to use some Zaino Z-2 Show Car Glaze Sealant and Multiple layers of Collinite 845 on the bodywork. Wheels coming off and using some Slickrims Wheel Sealant. Gtechniq G1 on the glass. Waxoyl on the sills where they are damaged. Will post the rest of the pictures up tomorrow and if there are any further steps I can take or any advice, I would really appreciate it!

Sorry mate. Mk2 Fabia vRS 5J. But fits other Mk2s stated on the DPM link

Would be nice if it included my whole post...! Bought off a fellow Brisky a few months back and haven't had them on my car. They had covered approximately 3500 miles by the previous owner. Cleaned them up and purchased two brand new spring perches. In very good condition and will get some pictures up tomorrow evening. Collection is advised due to the box in a tatty state from previous owner but if postage is necessary I will find some packing materials. Based in North Shropshire SY13 £325.

Got a full set of Weitec Hicon GT Coilovers. http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/weitec-by-kw-hicon-gt-coilover-suspension-kitbr-fabia-5j-12t-si-rs-14t-si-14tdi-16tdi-19tdi-0109-p-8733.html

Apologies for my previous reply in your thread, totally misunderstood and thought you meant the door sills and not the actual sills haha! I had an idea but very unsure of the longevity of application. But maybe try plasti-dip sprayed along the stonechip finish to give either a matte or gloss black finish, which when looking a bit tatty, just peel off and re-apply?
